I find reseller ratings to be a suitable review platform. My favorite feature being that our users find it easy to use and also independant and trustworthy - which is most important to us. This is a relatively easy-to-use product for reviews management. One has the option to reply to the customer both publicly and privately depending on the situation and there is the option to tag reviews based on the issues experienced by the customer. Initially, there were some reply editing issues (starting a new paragraph with "Enter" was impossible and messed up the reply), but this was eventually fixed, and using the tool is now relatively easy.
