The onboarding and support we have received is, so far, the best thing about Reseller Ratings. There is a large selection of tools and features. What do you dislike about ResellerRatings? The Dahsboard is a little messy and hard to navigate at first. There is definitely a learning curve to find all the tools and what each of them does. and while the live person support is great, their Help documentation needs updating BADLY. I could easily find answers to many of my questions with a quick query in their Knowledge base, but there are a limited number of articles and many are outdated. We needed a way to collect Seller Reviews from our customers and display them on our ecommerce websites. We have a loyal customer base because of our service, but we needed a way to convey that to new customers. Resellerratings connects to our site through a Pixel. This makes it an easy and automatic process to ask for customer reviews of our service. Because every single one of our customers receives a survey we get a much higher number of reviews than when we were asking for Google reviews manually. It really saves us time. I do at times have customers that violate the terms of submitting a valid review. There have been a few times that there have been some valid reviews that never went live because the customer did not see the activation email from resellerratings. Is to have an online presents of reviews to show our customers that we run a good business and are trustworthy to do business with. 2. We use RR for customer service issues that we did not know about. Sometimes a customer will have an issue and not contact us. Reseller Ratings is incredibly easy to work with. Our site is a bit "customized," and ResellerRatings had no issue getting us up and running in just a matter of hours. The only thing that could use an update is their dashboard. More stats, recent reviews, reviews to potentially reach out to would be something I'd like to see in the future.
