I really like how the Dynata Product Suites lets us design and orchestrate surveys quickly, gathering large volumes of customer feedback in a short time. Responses are consolidated into easily accessible files that we can review rapidly to understand opinions on our equipment maintenance services. It’s an excellent tool for capturing insights from a broad audience efficiently. The setup process was straightforward and fast, and I especially value the robust survey and data collection tools along with the platform’s built-in features.

**What do you dislike about Dynata Product Suite?**

The main areas for improvement are pricing and the user interface. First, the cost can be quite high, especially for smaller projects or frequent surveys that may be needed in some jobs that we complete. More transparent or flexible pricing options would make it accessible to broader range of users.  Additionally, while functional, the interface feels somewhat old-fashioned and dated compared to more modern competitive platforms and could benefit from a fresher, modes intuitive design.

im not sure if this is a server issues but the site lags A LOT, even when i use the platform personally they gave like a concerning amount of disqualifications after getting to a certain place in survey

With the new portal project that I am working on, I am required to collect feedback from my clients, and Dynata has been really helpful for this.

At times I believe it is not the most intuitive, I had to watch videos on youtube to figure out some functions.

The options related to survey development, first-party respondents, data collection, storage and backup, and secondary data availability make it distinct among online business platforms.  Furthermore, the data processing, insights, presentation and sharing options also provide multiple options under one umbrella.

Being very intuitive, it collects, stores and analyzes the data. Easier to operate as compared to the competitors. Features are much better too.So that is why we use it more.

Even though with all the basic features, we were able to use it to optimum, lt can have more additional advanced features like an inbuilt statistical summary and integration with google sheet like Apps.

Samplify is providing a much needed solution for data collection and management which benefitted us and would love to see them giving us similar solutions. We were able to save time spent on creating surveys in excel as this is a better way to create a large number of surveys.

It provides significant number of respondents to sample for any survey that can be from any industry. The user interface is also quite simple and anyone can reach out to the respondents as per the required quota efficiently.

Sometimes server causes issues in terms of showing updated quota that is remaining for a particular study which influence the generation of daily work update that has to be shared with the client.

This platform consists of a dashboard having various quota groups by which we can sample the required quotas in case of any study. Based on the details it sends out invitations to the desired profiles and help us in sampling.

It is quite easy to prepare new surveys uniquely. It helps easy interface of surveys for clients, and with different ideas in simple way.
I can easily export the data from CSV and Excel files for the surveys and analyze them.

I think the results setup could be more clear to us samplers to retrieve information from. Clearly marked responses and maybe a more "statistics".

As many online survey platforms are providing some exciting rewards for our pollings but few other benefits are not providing any direct benefits to the polling people only giving few cents to charity organizations. So, Samplify is much better that way.

**What do you like best about Dynata Product Suite?**

A user often needs to collect the data related to its business requirement and know the customer's voice about the services and products. Samplify helps to manage these types of data very efficiently. User can create their survey samples and add the Multiple choice options, which customers need to select by dropdown or bullet buttons. It can complete multiple surveys and one-time surveys, too, with a limited period. Users can add the time limit and expiry date as per the requirement and send them to various customer bases.

**What do you dislike about Dynata Product Suite?**

The customization is perfect but limited to attributes. Users need to add or edit the existing themes, which cannot be done due to preset restrictions. Users need to add the attribute to collect the data. Open-ended questionnaires support alphabets only and are limited to words. The open-ended question can be added. Many times, the survey created sent by mail is considered spam.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynata Product Suite:**

For using with the email and integrate with the existing servers and to send the survey to multiple clients at a same time and for get their responses altoghether, samplify survey is best for you. Highly recommended and support team also there for any help needed.

On a weekly basis, we need to get the customer views about the services and study materials we sent in the market, and sending them to all the customers is a very tough task. With SImplify, we can add the customer details and their contact, number & email id. The system auto-select the email and number to send the link and the survey prepared. It also provides the link to complete the survey, and the answers are getting back to us vide the same mail, and the data can be store in the cloud for accessing it anyhwere.

It is so user friendly and easy to understand to both makers and users. Survey have lot of polling and graphs features. Charts bar representation is very easily understandable.

The setup is AMAZING and so easy to teach to new team members. Survey taker never have issues.

I think the results setup could be more clear to us samplers to retrieve information from. Clearly marked responses and maybe a more "statistics-like" results page.
