The aspect that I find most appealing about Resco – Mobility & Productivity is the mobile app as it is a comprehensible application that allows our team to view and edit the data without leaving the workplace. The offline feature is pronounce, one can write off and off without being disturbed due to poor network coverage. A disadvantage of Resco – Mobility & Productivity is that it heavily loads the device’s resources, and may sometimes slow down on older devices. This has at times caused a problem especially when our field team requires fast access or input of information. Also, due to the nature of customer support most of the time it takes a long time to get an answer to your problem in case of an emergency this can be really inconvenient.
