Resandhi Mitra is an AI agent for a shop's own WhatsApp number. It answers every customer in seconds, day and night, in Hindi, English or Hinglish; recommends products from the shop's real catalogue (Google Sheets, Excel or Shopify); takes the order and sends a payment link; and hands tricky chats to the team with a short summary. It only quotes prices and stock from the shop's own catalogue, so it never makes things up. Resandhi's ops team helps every shop set up and train Mitra, and supports it after going live. Used by D2C brands, retail stores, multi-outlet chains, distributors and diagnostic labs. Made by Virinchi Software Private Limited, New Delhi, India; data stored in India.
