ReRoutd helps remote-first small and mid-size businesses get company devices back from employees — and get devices out to new hires — without the hassle. We're not a warehouse. We don't store, wipe, or manage your equipment. What we do is provide everything needed to make a device return or dispatch happen smoothly: a padded shipping box, prepaid shipping label, clear instructions for the employee, and tape to seal it up. We facilitate the shipping so your IT and HR teams don't have to figure out the logistics themselves. When an employee is offboarded, relocated, or onboarded, ReRoutd sends out a ready-to-go kit. For returns, your employee receives everything they need to pack up their laptop, tablet, or phone and drop it off with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For dispatch, we get the kit out to your new hire so their device arrives on time for Day 1. It's that simple. We also follow up directly with employees to make sure returns actually happen — so your team isn't stuck chasing people down over email or Slack. Most device return services operate through warehouses, adding storage fees, processing delays, and costs that don't make sense for smaller teams. ReRoutd skips all of that. Your devices go directly between your company and your employees. We just provide the kit and facilitate the shipping in between. This makes ReRoutd faster and more affordable than traditional device return services — with no platform fees, no enterprise contracts, and no minimums to get started.
