Where the roof ages come from Every roof age in ReroofGen traces to a finalized county or city reroof permit, with the permit number, the source, and the date it was finalized. It is not a model, a guess from aerial imagery, or a year built estimate. When a home has no reroof permit on file, ReroofGen says so instead of inventing an age. The data spans all 67 Florida counties and more than 2.7 million dated roof records. What teams do with it Search any city, neighborhood, or street and filter homes by roof age and property details. Draw an area on the map, save the homes as a list, and assign it to a rep. Each home shows owner and property data alongside its permit history. Live storm alerts ReroofGen watches National Weather Service warnings for hail and damaging wind. When a warning is issued, it counts the homes with roofs 10 years or older inside the warned area and alerts your team in the app and by email. Roofing CRM Saved lists, lead statuses, notes, and rep assignments live in a CRM built for roofing sales, tied to the same property record the map shows. ReroofGen Mailers Send postcards and letters only to the homes that fit, from a saved list or triggered by a lead status or a storm alert. Printing and postage are handled for you, priced per piece. Florida Roof Age Index ReroofGen publishes the Florida Roof Age Index as free open data. As of September 29, 2026 it counts 434,710 single family roofs 15 years or older across 67 counties.
