Gain control, security, and efficiency with Requests by Shawork, the essential business app to govern the creation of your Microsoft Teams workspaces. The default free-for-all creation of Microsoft Teams can quickly lead to an overload of inactive, redundant, or non-compliant spaces. Requests by Shawork solves this problem by introducing an approval-based provisioning process designed for organizations across all industries. Who is this solution for? - IT Administrators: Ensure governance and prevent Microsoft Teams sprawl. - Managers and Project Leaders: Quickly validate the relevance of creating a new workspace. - Employees: Submit clear requests and track progress without leaving the Microsoft Teams interface. Key features: - Intuitive request form: A dedicated tab allowing users to request a new team in just a few clicks. - Team name uniqueness check: The request form verifies that the desired name is available. - Automated approval workflow: Requests are automatically routed to the right approvers. - Rich real-time notifications: Users and approvers are notified directly in the Microsoft Teams activity feed. - Automated creation: Once the request is approved, the team is provisioned automatically with no manual IT action required.
