Reputology saves me time by checking for reviews from multiple places across the internet. This allows me to utilize my time better by running my business instead of checking several places throughout the web for any dings on our reputation. Reading reviews as they happen allows us to know what is working and what is not, and make decisions to improve our service. I think the price is a little steep for small businesses. Virtually all of our reviews come from two major sources, and one of those sources actually emails me that I have a review before Reputology picks it up and alerts me, so I am paying for essentially one website to monitor.
