**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I like how easy it is to use. It really is mostly hands-off. It integrates with our CRM and gets our customers to leave feedback and write reviews on Google for all of our locations.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I can't think of any downsides to ReputationStacker. It is easy to set up, easy to use, easy to add more locations.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a chain of fitness centers in the Chicago area and we're growing into other markets quickly. I work in the marketing and branding department. We've been using ReputationStacker for about a year and I have been very happy with it for getting reviews for all of our locations and also getting customer feedback. We can tag our location managers to follow up with customer when necessary, all within ReputationStacker. The reporting is also very strong. It makes it easy to see which locations are performing well or need some coaching for improvement. So it's not just good for reviews and customer feedback but also for making sure that the customer experience is as good as possible. I like that it's a full online reputation management and customer experience platform rather than just being for review collection, but it's still very easy to use.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

What I like the best is how sends review request messages automatically, which means we get reviews without having to do extra work. It also pulls all our reviews into a clean dashboard. Being able to see and answer all our reviews from one screen makes our jobs easier. And connecting Google and Facebook to respond to reviews is a big plus.

Getting started was also a great experience and setup was fast and easy. We started getting reviews right away. 

I also like that it's a U.S. based business with U.S. support people. It's easy to get help from people who really know the system.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I like it. It works great. No problems with it.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker sends review request emails and text messages to our clients automatically and also sends reminders. That is great because it can be challenging to get our clients to write reviews otherwise. The review notifications are very helpful too. So is the integration with Google and Facebook so I can respond to reviews. Setting it up was fast and easy and support is great. The pricing is also fair and good for everything that is included. I am very happy with ReputationStacker’s service and all of the features.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

The admin controls are a real standout feature. We were previously on another platform that was fine for getting reviews when we only had a few locations, but when started expanding (currently we are at 117 locations) we needed specific admin controls for our users depending on if they are single unit managers, regional managers, or corporate. ReputationStacker gives us that level of precise control over user visibility and permissions, and the admin interface is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Because admin controls are so powerful you have to be careful with which users you give which permission to. Not really a dislike but something to be aware of as you use the system.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ReputationStacker to get reviews and respond to them. Our regional managers and location managers are bonused based on their Net Promoter Scores in ReputationStacker so they use it every day to make sure that they maintaining consistently high performance.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

With ReputationStacker our Google star rating has increased by 0.6 stars since we started using it a few months ago. We also get at least three times as many reviews as we used to. Being a salon this is a big help for ranking better on Google and attracting new customers.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Text messages can get pricey if you send a lot of them and use more credits than are included in the plan.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What it comes down to is that we need to get a lot of reviews every month in order to stay at the top of Google map search results. ReputationStacker really delivers when it comes to that. It has also pushed our star rating a lot higher so not only do we have more reviews than our competitors but we also have a higher average star rating. It is also really good for getting customer feedback so we can hear straight from our customers what they really think about different stylists and services. We signed up mainly for the reviews but I've been really impressed with ReputationStacker as an experience management platform too.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I like ReputationStacker for getting reviews, but I like it just as much for getting customer feedback and fixing issues. Regional managers can assign reviews or feedback to location managers or field techs. That adds a personal touch that we otherwise wouldn't be able to manage at our size.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I've never had any issues with the software.

To put it simply, ReputationStacker makes sure that all of our locations always have new Google reviews coming in. When that happens we can track a noticeable increase in new customer calls coming in from our GPBs. But I also really appreciate how they designed it so that we can follow up with customers and make sure they've had a good experience with us. 

I've used other reputation management platforms at other companies I've worked with, but ReputationStacker is my favorite overall. It really makes you feel in control of reviews and reputation and the customer experience. The reporting is also great for sharing with our regional and location managers, and with the c-suite.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

It's so easy to add new locations and start getting reviews for them right away. ReputationStacker has become integral to our launch process when we open a new store. The system is intuitive and it gives us a big advantage when our new locations can start getting reviews right away.

There's not a part of the system that I don't like. Everything has been well designed and it always works.

We opened 3 new locations in the past 5 weeks and they're already ranking in the top 5 in the Google local pack in all 3 locations. I wouldn't believe that to be possible if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, but it's all due to ReputationStacker's review system. We get more reviews than any of our local competitors. I am also really diving into the reports now. I can see how each location is performing against other locations for NPS, reviews, and now customer sentiment. That is very important as we continue to expand and need to maintain a high standard for customer experience.

Senior care and home health care is a sensitive market when it comes to asking for and getting reviews. ReputationStacker takes the pressure off us and asks for a review at the right time in a gentle way. It is very effective for getting reviews. We have a lot more Google reviews than any of our competitors.

Customizing the email template settings.

It is not easy to get reviews for senior care or home health care businesses because the patients or their guardians aren't usually very tech savvy. ReputationStacker makes it as easy as possible though and it's because of their system that we have so many Google reviews and rank better than our competitors. The system helps us hear how we can improve too directly from our patients. I really like that.

ReputationStacker has made our review collection automatic, which is the main thing we rely on to stay at the top of Google’s local pack.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I guess it's not really something I dislike but you can do a lot of customizations of your review request messages. Learning how to do it took me a few minutes of clicking around but I eventually got it.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing is how it does the automatic review requests so we don't have to follow up manually with our clients to ask for a review. With the new report they have we can also see trends and recurring themes of what our clients are saying. That's very helpful to see if there are patterns in issues or things we're doing right.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

Managing our 50+ locations in one dashboard is mandatory for us and ReputationStacker makes this very easy. We've used a number of other ORM tools and most are only designed for small businesses with just a few locations. ReputationStacker seems to work really well no matter how many locations you have because of the way the dashboard is designed. Adding more locations as we've grown is simple and intuitive. The automated/hands-off aspect is also a major plus because then our location managers don't have to put in extra effort to get reviews or respond to them. We've never encountered a bug or lag, it always works without issue and it seamlessly integrates with our CRM, which also helps with the hands-off runs-in-the-background feeling of it. I especially like the filtering function. You can get very specific to see exactly the data you want to see.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

We've never encountered any issues. Also, their support people (real humans) checked in with us multiple times when we first started using it to make sure we were good. I really appreciate that.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a dry cleaning and laundry business with over 50 locations that has to get reviews and manage customer experience and our online reputation at scale. We've used multiple tools for this in the past. ReputationStacker is by far the best dedicated ORM software I've used.

I like that it is so good at getting reviews and customer feedback. It pushes our listings higher in Google without a doubt. It is very easy to use too and comes at a great price for having everything you need for reputation management and reviews.

There's nothing I do not like. It does what we pay for it to do.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker is our preferred online reputation management and review software now. We used to use BirdEye for reputation management and it was way too complicated with too many features. A lot of their AI features have been in "beta" status forever and all they did is make for an overly complex experience. As soon as our contract with BirdEye ended we switched over to ReputationStacker and our team is so happy that we did. ReputationStacker has all of the same features as BirdEye for reputation management, but it is so much easier to use and costs a lot less.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

It has awesome reporting and analytics. Yes it does a great job of getting reviews, but I'm not just in it for the reviews... I don't want to let all of that customer feedback go to waste. ReputationStacker's reports - and especially the comparisons and filters you can apply - give me the deep dive capabilities I need to put those advanced analytics to work and improve every location of my business based on the voices of my customers telling me exactly what they want.

There is not something I can think of that is not helpful about it. It is easy to use and support is very attentive whenever I need help.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker solves the problem of helping us get reviews and customer feedback for our locations, but instead of just collecting reviews, it gives me the reporting and comparisons and filters I need to actually understand what customers are saying and use it to improve every location. In this way it is not just useful for reputation management and reviews, but it is also really good for customer feedback and customer experience management.

I have a computer repair shop so I can be perhaps slightly more critical than the average person when it comes to software and user interfaces. ReputationStacker was so easy to set up and use. Set up was very straightforward and fast, and the user interface has everything I need without being overwhelming or complicated. I am very much impressed.

I have no complaints. Customer support is excellent. They responded to me within a few minutes and answered my questions and made a few adjustments to my account for me.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ReputationStacker primarily for getting Google reviews and responding to them, and for getting customer feedback. I was surprised at how effective it is at both of those tasks. We take our reviews and customer feedback to heart, and ReputationStacker's reports show us our review growth and they also employ sentiment analysis and categorization so we can consistently improve our customer experience.

ReputationStacker is really effective for online reputation management for property management companies. It was recommended to me by a colleague at another company and we've been very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Adding a new location in RS isn't automatic when we add the location to our other systems. I wish the integration made new location additions automatic. The RS support rep did say that you can make it automatic by using the API, but we don't use the API currently since we already had been using the direct integration.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker is exactly what we were looking for for multi-location reputation management. We manage over 50 properties and we use ReputationStacker for all of them to get reviews and improve the experience of our residents. It has been a real life saver in making sure that we meet the needs of all of our tenants.

I like how Reputationstacker gets Google reviews for us automatically. It sends out emails and text messages to our clients asking them to write a review and it sends follow up messages if they don't click through the first time.

ReputationStacker follows up with our clients after every sale and gets them to write a Google and/or Zillow review. We of course ask our clients to write a review, but people are busy. They forget to write it. ReputationStacker reminds them and is really good at getting them to follow up and really write the review.

I don't have anything I would say should be changed about it or isn't working.

Reviews and word of mouth are how we build business. ReputationStacker does a really great job of generating reviews and helping us rank high in Google. Reviews are the new word of mouth these days, so I'm really happy with it.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I really like the admin controls that allow me to manage users and set their visibility and permissions. That's very important for a large restaurant chain (or any large multi-location business). Of course the core features (reviews, customer feedback, experience management, location comparison) are built very well and are very easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Understanding how to create the location comparison report the first time took longer than I'd like, but their support people showed me how to do it and now it works perfectly and is easy to manage and use for benchmarking and training.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The restaurant industry can be very fickle and change on a whim. We love Reputationstacker because it keeps a steady flow of reviews and customer feedback for all of our locations coming into a central dashboard. The reviews are great because they keep us ranking high in search and tell us where we need to improve, and the feedback is great because it puts us ahead of the game when it comes to what our customers want. For a review management or feedback management tool, nothing beats Reputationstacker.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

What I like best about ReputationStacker is how it works on its own and how easy it was to get going with it. Less than 10 minutes to set up. The setup wizard was key. It made setup so intuitive and easy. We had everything set up for our first location in less than five minutes, and adding our additional locations and integrating it with our CRM took even less time. After that the reviews come in like clockwork. We use it every day to make sure we're constantly getting new reviews and keeping our clients happy.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

I like everything about it. I can’t imagine handling our reputation management any other way.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a chain of gyms/fitness centers in the Chicago area that is rapidly expanding to other territories. When we were just a few locations we could handle reviews and reputation management on a per-location basis. Once we hit more than 10 locations we needed a system to manage it. I am really impressed with how ReputationStacker gets new reviews and pulls all of our reviews into the dashboard so we can respond to them and follow up with our clients. A big added bonus that I didn't expect is how it also collects client feedback in addition to getting new reviews, and then it applies sentiment analysis so we can objectively compare locations to each other and use it to improve the client experience incrementally.

I like how focused a tool ReputationStacker is. It's perfect for review generation and customer feedback and online reputation management. It also is really helpful for getting ideas and suggestions for how to improve the customer experience because it gives you data that you can back up with the voice of the customer directly from real reviews.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

Like any software, you have to take a a little time to figure out how to get the most out of it. I don't dislike any of it (it's really easy to use in fact), but some deeper tutorials on how to use the location comparison reports would be good (showing some specific examples).

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationsStacker is perfect for our large chain of dental practices. We use it to get a constant flow of reviews and customer feedback that help us get new patients and keep our exiting patients happy. Other competitive solutions that we looked at like Birdeye had extra features that we wouldn't use and that we already have other systems for. I like how ReputationStacker is focused specifically on reviews and customer feedback and reputation management. It's got all of the features that we need without trying to sell us on additional features that we don't need.

We use the review widget to display reviews for each location of our business on our website. I like how customizable it is (you can choose to only show reviews for a specific location on that location's page on your site), but I wish there was an easier (programatic) way to put it on each location-specific page on our site.  This isn't really a ReputationStacker issue, but it's the only thing I can think of that causes any friction.

As we started growing locations we needed a way to handle online reputation management at scale (as opposed to having each location manage it on their own). We demoed a lot of different reputation management platforms. Some had limited features for what we needed, while others were overbuilt with extra features that aren't related to reviews or customer feedback or customer experience. ReputationStacker strikes the perfect balance for us, and still fits into our budget. I love the comprehensive feature set that ReputationStacker has. You can tell they really thought through each part of the system and made sure it has everything you want as far as getting more reviews, collecting customer feedback, getting data to improve customer experience, sharing reviews on social media and our website, managing users and permissions, etc. This is really important for a large enterprise business of our size for online reputation management.

I especially like having all of our review sites pulled into one place, because it makes staying on top of everything much easier. The survey builder is user-friendly and flexible enough to match what we need. RS support has also been awesome—super responsive and easy to work with.

You can do a lot with the filtering, and it’s really helpful for finding specific locations or patients. For instance, if I’m trying to compare a few locations, it’s easy to filter 93 locations down to just 4 or 5. Where it starts to get confusing is when you combine multiple filtering options—like selecting specific locations and then showing only reviews with a 1–3 star rating that also mention a particular staff member. The filtering itself works great, but it would be helpful to have more documentation or a few videos available so I don’t have to figure it out on my own, especially since there are so many filtering conditions you can combine.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

I love how easy Reputationstacker is to use. It automatically sends out review requests and keeps track of our reviews, so everything stays organized. I don’t have to chase members anymore, which is a huge help in a busy gym environment.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

There's nothing I don't like. It is simple to use.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Reputationstacker we didn't have a good system for getting reviews and we weren't ranking great in Google. Now with Reputationstacker we get a lot more Google reviews without awkward conversations at the front desk, and without me having to constantly remind our trainers to ask for reviews. That has boosted our online reputation, and we’re getting more local leads, which makes it easier for me to show our owners real, measurable results.

**What do you like best about ReputationStacker?**

It's the perfect dedicated software for online reputation management. It's got a nice logical interface, it integrates with our other systems, it never has a lag or goes down, and the price is very reasonable for what it does.

**What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?**

No issues. Onboarding was easy and the support rep answered all of my questions as I was customizing my setup.

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReputationStacker is everything we need for online reputation management without any extra features that either aren't related to ORM or no one really uses. It's a comprehensive feature set without being overwhelming.

It sends review requests by email and text messages, and it sends automatic follow ups which is really good because a lot of people need a few reminders before they write a review. So it maximizes our reviews.

I like it. Why would I have to dislike something?

**What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do the marketing for our daycare and early education centers. We have two ways of getting new enrollments: word of mouth from moms and online reviews. Reputation Stacker gets us the reviews and that boosts the word of mouth from moms, so they work together that way.

I can't think of anything that's not good with it.

I remember back when all of our business came from word of mouth. Well reviews are the new word of mouth and now all of our business comes from reviews, and we have more reviews than anyone else in our area thanks to ReputationStacker.

I don't not like anything about it. It is built to be easy to use.

As a financial planner I have a lot of happy clients but they don't think to write reviews on their own. ReputationStacker reaches out to them and gets them to write reviews. The more reviews we get, the better we rank in Google and the more new clients we get. ReputationStacker creates this virtuous cycle for us. It's kind of like magic how well it works.
