RepuFlow syncs your Google, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor reviews daily and puts them in one dashboard with colour-coded sentiment badges, so you can see at a glance what needs attention. Reviews of 3 stars or less trigger an instant email alert with the full text and a direct link to reply. One click drafts a reply based on the review text, star rating and your business name. You edit the tone, personalise it and post it, so every reply still sounds like you. Beyond replies, RepuFlow helps you understand and improve your reputation: - AI Insights: recurring themes across all your reviews, tracked as trending, persistent, resolved or positive, with 30/90-day trends and plain-English summaries. - Feedback Links: collect private, topic-based feedback before it becomes a public review, with optional prize draws to boost response rates. - Smart Links: review links that send happy customers to Google and pause automatically once you reach a target rating or click count. - Reply Quality scoring: AI grades your published replies against best practice and flags the weakest ones. - Analytics: review velocity, recency tracking, weekly email digests and PDF export. - Multi-location: up to 5 locations (yours or competitors) from one dashboard on the Pro plan. Setup takes under 10 minutes. Platform connections use OAuth with encrypted tokens, and RepuFlow is operated by QuantixAI s.r.o., an EU company, with GDPR-compliant data processing.
