RepuCare (רפיוקר) is an Israeli system for requesting Google reviews, built for service businesses: clinics, garages, salons, bakeries, cafes and similar. After a visit, RepuCare sends every customer the same short message in the business's name with a link to a rating screen. Every customer sees the same screen: a few short questions, a private feedback box for the business, and the business's official Google review link, shown to every customer regardless of the rating. Owners are notified of low ratings so they can call the customer directly. The method follows Google's review policies: the same request to every customer, no incentives, no choosing who gets asked.
