Reptor is a reputation monitoring platform that brings together what the internet says about an organisation, across 31 channels, in one dashboard. Reputation damage rarely announces itself. A critical news article, a one-star review, a thread on Reddit or an answer generated by ChatGPT can shape what a customer, investor or candidate believes about a company long before anyone inside that company notices. The signals are scattered across dozens of places, each with its own login and its own timing, and no single view of them exists. Reptor was built to close that gap. The platform scans Google and Bing search results, AI assistants including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, news outlets, blogs and forums, review sites, and social networks including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. Scans run multiple times per day, daily, weekly and the frequency can be set per channel. Every result is analysed for sentiment on a 0.0 to 1.0 scale by an AI engine. The same analysis judges relevance, so a mention of a different company with a similar name is filtered out instead of triggering a false alarm. Alerts arrive by email and Slack, and on Enterprise plans by WhatsApp and SMS. AI assistants increasingly answer questions about a company without sending anyone to its website, which means an organisation can be described to a buyer without ever seeing that conversation. Reptor tracks what those assistants say and which sources they draw on. Position tracking, sentiment overviews and alert summaries export to PDF, and automated executive reports can go to stakeholders weekly or monthly. Three plans are available. Essential covers one entity at EUR 129 per month with daily Google and Bing monitoring, three AI platform checks and review aggregation. Professional covers two related entities at EUR 299 per month and adds all monitoring channels, seven AI platform checks, global news, blogs and forums, social media, a sentiment trend dashboard, PDF export and 365 days of history. Enterprise covers three or more entities and adds competitor monitoring and benchmarking, multiple scans per day, API access, a white-label dashboard, custom integrations and a service level agreement. All plans are month to month with no minimum term and all prices exclude VAT. Monitoring works in any language and country. The dashboard interface is available in English and Dutch. Agencies can run Reptor for their own clients through a white-label arrangement with fee sharing.
