"Demo software"

What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise gives us the ability to train our team on our software and allows them to train themselves on the software using guide rails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

Only that you need to update it, but this would not be a problem for products that aren't constantly changing like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tool"

What do you like best about Reprise?

Reprise was an excellent way to capture and give tours of our online SAAS analytics platform. It does have a steep learning curve, and in the one month we've been using it they have been ironing out some of the programming bugs that initially made it difficult to use. Their account support is good, as is their tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

The biggest challenge I still have is that their interface (which surrounds the site image being annotated) is a mid-tone gray on a black field in tiny type. I have to work in a dark room to see it. Probably not an issue for most programmers, but just making the type 40% brighter would go a long way to solving this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Showing the art of the possible"

What do you like best about Reprise?

It let's me change teh data people see on the page. This eliminates coding work on my end and let's me make up a compelling story. I can show endless ways to use our product, not just what it does or looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

It has a lot of features buried under a lot of clicks or side bars. Formatting the pages can be tricky. I strongly recomend watching the trainings even if you like to learn by doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automating demos to existing customers who want to know what each feture is before they turn it on.

Showing end to end integrations with partner products.

Empowering partner sellers to demo when we are not in the room.

"Fantastic Idea but might not be for every type of demo environment"

What do you like best about Reprise?

Their new App Capture feature is fast, simple, and genius...only when it works. Our demo environment can be a little tricky and sometimes making a clone doesn't work. App Capture is a new feature and I hope to see it improve. Screen Capture works perfect, it just takes a lot more time to complete a demo environment.

"Absolute must have tool in the kit for modern SaaS platforms"

What do you like best about Reprise?

The benefits of reprise are multifaceted, so much so that it is almost impossible to describe all of the potential use cases. One of the main benefits will be for the pre-sales team and you organisation whereby they can create lots of assets to support them in delivering the full value delivered by your SaaS solution. Examples of how they could do this could be to create virtual walkthroughs of the platforms to show prospects how they could be using the tool, or simply give them to your sales team for them to be able to show the tool without having the full technical knowledge or know how about where to click or how to use the tool. A second use case could be internal resource within your organization for the purposes of training and upskilling all of your employees on what various systems you use. This could include your CRM solution your HR solution your expense solution your SAS platform itself that you are selling among other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reprise?

There is honestly not too much to dislike about reprise, but if I had to pick, I would say that sometimes performance can suffer if you're working on particularly large replays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
