Reprise helps me to show demos to customers without having to spend hours in preparation. When you're in a longer sales cycle it also helps to sell the value of your product after the presentation is done because you can create leave behind demos which customer can use on their own with guided steps configured by you. Just how easy it was to capture screens in our product and port them into Reprise. Additionally, once in Reprise, all the tools are incredibly easy to pickup, and the support + resources they provide help pick up the slack for anything more difficult. It can freeze up while you are editing which can be frustrating. I haven't had any problems with a published replay but in the editing experience there can be some bugs that won't always save the work or it freezes and you have to exit and get back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not sure if it's just the level of investment that we purchased but it would be fab if there was an option to white label the domain. Instead of something like "https://app.getreprise.com/launch/D6zJz16/", it could be "companyname.reprise.demo.com" or something easy to search if you forget to save the specific link.
