Reprise has been a great tool to showcase areas of our product in a few clicks where we want to demo a specific feature or tell a story through the guides. I like that we are able to manipulate the text and data on screen to present the data in the way we want to without having to manually do this in the product.Being able to add a video recording to introduce our Produt Tours is also great for adding a personal touch! Occassionally when using Reprise to preview a tour whilst editing it causes my browser to freeze and I need to restart it. Reprise is great to give prospects an ia flavour of our product and showcase it before the demo stage, we are able to create specific tours for all of core products and it's great to give a snapshot. It's also been a great help to utilise Reprise in sales demos with the auto type feature where we can avoid the sales person needing to manually type up lots of dummy text which takes time. The app is generally straightforward to use for putting together a simple demo. Very much like the ability to create different links for the same demo that we can gate with a form, embed in a site or landing page, or simply send a link. The Customer Care is excellent and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Reprise? If you want to fully leverage Reprise, it's a learning curve. This is not a tool you just jump in and create a demo in an hour. Some of the features are not immediately intuitive and the knowledge base was a bit scanty. I had to do a bit of experimentation to figure out how things work together. The default black UI background is a distraction and is hard to discern some of the features. Reprise solved several pain points - consistent demos, being able to embed a clickable demo to play with before a trial, eliminating the need to cut videos all the time as a leave-behind, and having new and unique assets to send to prospects or use in our emails/landing pages. The most significant pain we had was telling a story across a real-life work process - video editing these pieces together was incredibly painful and time-consuming. We've used Reprise on our main site and seen our site engagement scores and times increase significantly. Our trial signups and trial engagements are far more quality than before - having a clickable demo lets people kick the tires and not waste our sales team's time. We can see that the Reprise demos are being shared via "dark sales" to others beyond the prospects we engage with. Reprise has been especially valuable in our fundraising cycles and investor updates - we put together demos with Reprise showing the current state and the vision where the product looks seamless between the GA product and our high-resolution comps. Putting that in a tight video is highly effective for investors and LPs to see the value - as they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Lastly, when doing demos, our demo quality is far higher as we know exactly what we're clicking on and what will happen. No outages, so spinning wheels of death, no embarrassing bugs, etc. This allows us to keep tightly on script and demo very specific use cases. I love that we can use Reprise walk throughs to enable our sales team and my partner contacts. It helps me ensure that the partners I'm working with understand how we can add value to their customers. The creation of walk-throughs is pretty simple once you get used to how the tools works. I especially like that I can change the content on the screenshots. Way easier than getting a vertical specific demo. Plus they added an "Un-do" button which I asked for! Additionally, this requires an in-depth knowledge of the product, so folks who aren't on product/product marketing teams will probably have some difficulty building out the tours.
