It is user friendly if you have a little bit of background with web development. It captures the real application screens quite effectively. Their customer support team is strong and very capable. Several good features are not very obvious e.g. the management and swapping of clips or the use of internal code messages for simple management of screens. Even though the development is quite far along, there are several screens that would require a lot of data to be populated on the backend. The user journeys can be improved by avoiding multiple clicks to get to the demo recording. Demos organization in my profile can be improved with list and thumbnail views instead of a bigger thumbnail. I wish reprise could read the webpages on my local laptop instead of having it to be hosted on a server. If reprise would work on a figma prototyp, it will blow up the software industry today!
