Reprise as a company is incredibly reponsive to customer feedback, constantly striving to understand use cases. They also believe in the power customer community, connecting users from different companies to build upon ideas and share applications of the solution. Reprise as a product continues to get better and better. Finding the best way to showcase our solution to prospects at every stage of the sales cycle is the underlying crux of my job. With Reprise, I have a variety of approaches which not only allow me to create demo assets targetted to different users, but also allow me to enable more users within my own organizatino to deliver those demonstrations. We can easliy fine tune use cases to make them meaningful and targetted. I was asked to develop a quick 10-15 min demo for our platform to showcase a telmatics demo. Without much training, only a guided 1 hour session with another coworker who have used it, I made it work. I delivered my 10 min demo and my audience was happy. It was somewhat easy to use, and even though you are building brick by brick the ending products is fantastic. I will be creating many more demos, I really liked it. I will do my best, but all your features and tool use was really nicely thought out, BUT just maybe there could be a sample view of what you are creating next to screen you are working on. Yes, I know there is the preview button (or link) that does the same thing, but many of us are visual people. The text boxes to write guided demos, should be able to be moved in a more precise manner. Not all spaces, such as top left, middle bottom, and so on are precise to where you need to place the box and still showcase the slide. Again, my two cents. But this could help 101 sessions, any deep dives or additional features for example a customer wanting to look at the platform and see it run, then we can't use Reprise. I had a demo recently, and while many of other speakers where not able to present their LIVE demos, I did my presentation start ot finish, withou a glitch thanks to Reprise. Reprise makes it simple to build high-fidelity demo experiences. The in-browser capture tool works like magic, giving our demo engineers the ability to replicate demo environments and customize data without having to provisioni new environments. The multiple use cases are also great. We initially purchased Reprise to help our sales engineers create better demos, but have since started using Reprise within marketing. The user interface is intuitive and doesnt need alot of training to start with. The capture is automatical, it caputures the web content directly instead of capture screen recording, which makes the demo much more realistic. The plugin is doesn't need extra effor to setup and I can easily the capture my demo. There are lots of powerful feature to animate the demo and show information. Need a lot of re-touching work to make the demo, if it is possible to capture my actions during the demo and automatically generate the a draf version of demo, that would be more efficient. Objects are captured with such precision that anything can be described with Reprise's guides. This makes replays very powerful and helps the creator guide the end user through practically anything on their screeen. Add to that the different types of guides, the navigability through the different buttons, etc. which improves eve further the flow of the demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Reprise? There seem to be a few synchronisation issues while creating a replay. Sometimes when editing a guide, the display refreshes itself accordingly, then abruptly reverts back to the old state. This gets even more inconvenient when I add a new guide, that suddenly disappears, not only in the display, but as an element all together. Any text I would have already enterd in it gets lost, and I have to recreate the guide again. When publishing again, the previous description sometimes gets lost. Automatically and seemlessly capturing the different objects on the screen is particularly useful. No need for intricate tweaking to detect and describe a particular element displayed on a screen.
