Nice final product but difficult to use and very buggy **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022 **What do you like best about Reprise?** The tours look great when finished and there is a lot of useful customization that you can do to make the tour your own. The screen capture part of the tool works great. **What do you dislike about Reprise?** This is one of the buggiest tools I have ever used. The autosave often doesn't work and I have to redo work 4-5 times to get it to save. The UI is very crowded and hard to navigate. Overall it is not very intuitive and there are more customizations than most uses call for.
