It brings survey data, brand tracking, customer experience (NPS, CSAT) and employee experience results into interactive dashboards, with a drag-and-drop builder and ready-made templates. Reporti IQ, the built-in AI assistant, clusters open-ended responses automatically and answers analytical questions directly on the live data, including driver analyses and significance testing. Users generate PDF reports tailored to departments and target groups on demand, integrate data from surveys, CRM systems, REST APIs and cloud storage, set real-time alerts, and manage role-based access. Reporti is developed by Cogitaris GmbH, a full-service market research institute based in Mainz, Germany, and is hosted in Germany in compliance with GDPR.
