**What do you like best about REportfolio?**

I really like the accounts receivable features. It makes it really easy to keep track of payments and how payments were received. I also like the report features that show how early/late a renter/leasee has been in past transactions.

**What do you dislike about REportfolio?**

I wish the graphics were a little sleeker, but that's far from a dealbreaker. It beats Quickbooks! 

**What problems is REportfolio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage nearly 50 properties and keep track of rents and billings seamlessly. It is so much easier than QBs!
