What do you like best about Reportei?

I love the reports. They are clean, clear, and break down activity across all channels. I can download professional-looking reports to share with my clients. Additionally, there is a comparison to view stats from current and previous months. They even include a chart that shows the best time to post on individual channels based on audience activity. If you're on the fence about using Reportei, don't be. It saves time and allows you to focus on work that moves your company forward. Reportei is accurate, easy to use, and generates clean, professional reports with the stats your clients want to see. Their customer service is quick to respond and very professional. I've not had a single problem with this platform or its service. Reportei is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Reportei?

I like the interface. It is well designed. I also like that it has several options to find useful information. It is easy to use and very intuitive. It has the most common options available like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business (now in maps), etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reportei?

The truth is that I feel lost in the information. In the end, it has a lot of data, but it's not clear to me how to use it. I didn't find much advantage in using this information that is not presented in such an attractive way. The tools from Facebook and Google give you almost the same information, but for free :-( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of the interface makes your work very easy. You create a client account, then connect the social media and other client accounts and you are ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it very easy to create client reports with selectable time intervals and send them directly to your client, although you can also download them to your computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you need to create beautiful and insightfull reports quickly to your clients Reportei is the way to go. Started using i and never looked back because it saved me a ton o time and work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't any major problems, the only little issue I had was deleting old report templates from clients. But once you discover how to do it, life becomes easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a fantastic tool to get insight into your website's behaviors when it comes to all the various metrics across a wide spectrum of services. I love the bird's eye view I can get by just opening the tool and generating a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
