ReportAI is inspection and reporting software built for engineers and inspection professionals. It helps turn site notes, photos, annotations, voice recordings and inspection data into organised, professional reports. Engineers can capture evidence on site, annotate photos, record voice observations and organise findings within one workflow. AI-assisted drafting helps transform captured information into structured report content while keeping the engineer in control of the final output. ReportAI also includes floor-level survey tools for capturing level data and generating contour-style visualisations. Projects and reports are stored in a central workspace for easy access, editing and export. Designed for structural and civil engineers, building inspectors and engineering consultants, ReportAI reduces repetitive report preparation and helps professionals move efficiently from site inspection to finished documentation.
