**What do you like best about Report Master?**

The software includes your inputs into realistic sentences and paragraphs.  It produces excellent narratives.

**What do you dislike about Report Master?**

It takes too long to enter in the different fields.  Twenty to thirty minutes is typical for a narrative.

**Recommendations to others considering Report Master:**

I would love to see a drop down list of macros for each section of a SOAP or narrative to speed up the process.

**What problems is Report Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It produces excellent narratives that work with insurance and personal injury cases.

**What do you like best about Report Master?**

We can get our PI intake paperwork from Report Master. 

**What do you dislike about Report Master?**

It's very hard to use and not user friendly. I tried teaching myself to use it like I do any other software, and it just doesn't make sense. 

**Recommendations to others considering Report Master:**

Make it more user friendly. Also, we don't find it entirely useful. We use another software for our patient management and daily SOAP notes because Report Master is too confusing. 

**What problems is Report Master solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aren't really solving and business problems. It just is a source for us to get paperwork.
