ReplyQ is an AI-powered customer communication and lead management platform for businesses that talk to their customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. It answers incoming messages automatically in the business's own tone, based on a knowledge base the business controls, and routes every conversation through a defined pipeline: it identifies and scores leads, books appointments directly into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, sends automated follow-ups to customers who did not reply, and hands the conversation over to a human agent with full context when a person is needed. Every conversation is saved to a built-in CRM record with full history, tags, notes and status, so no inquiry is lost. ReplyQ also supports interactive menus and automation flows, conversation transcripts and summaries, broadcast campaigns and segments, and a sales pipeline view. Integrations include WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, WordPress, Zapier, Make, Monday.com and Priority ERP. ReplyQ supports Hebrew, English and additional languages.
