Replypad is PSA (Professional Services Automation) software for small IT shops. It covers the day-to-day of MSPs and other IT service businesses in a single product, with one plan that includes every feature: shared inbox, ticketing, time tracking, client billing, asset tracking, knowledge base, and automation. Client billing works from everything not yet billed (hours, product charges, agreement charges) and creates invoices directly in QuickBooks, which remains the accounting source of truth. This is designed to catch what otherwise goes unbilled: hours that never get logged, overages that go untracked, agreements that never get re-priced. Setup is self-serve, typically an afternoon, with documentation and hands-on help available on request. The team behind Replypad has been developing PSA software since 2004. The company is independent, with no venture or private-equity ownership. Pricing is published: $25 per user per month, billed monthly, no minimum term, cancel anytime. An optional annual plan is $20 per user per month, self-serve, nothing to sign. A free trial is available. Tickets come in however a shop receives work: email through connected mailboxes, tickets logged from a phone call, or a customer portal where clients open and track requests. Every ticket has a clear owner and an SLA. Each tech has their own queue, and collision detection keeps two techs off the same reply. Replypad works with existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email, with nothing to migrate. Automation is deterministic: triggers the team defines assign, label, prioritize, and auto-reply, keeping billing and SLA behavior auditable and predictable. Also included: contracts and recurring billing, saved responses and internal notes, draft-reply review, 100+ keyboard shortcuts, CSV data import (accounts, contacts, assets, charges, products), real-time updates, and audit-friendly activity logs. Dispatch scheduling uses the team's existing Microsoft 365 or Google calendar. Replypad fits teams that do not require resource planning, Gantt charts, or a dedicated PSA administrator. These enterprise PSA requirements may start to emerge at 25+ techs. A free trial runs 15 days with every feature and unlimited users, no credit card required.
