Takes a second to use but it's super functional and great (and actually fun?) to use once you get the hang of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've lost more time than I would've liked to in programming some of my email threads. You have to be super careful with using specific characters, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My right hand for sequnces"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I have been working is sales for several years and used another tool for automation before. Compare to that one, Reply is more convenient, has user-friendly interface, and just feature-rich tool for sequence automation. I use Reply on daily basis and there are things that I like the most:

1) As I target leads from different countries and continents, I like the option of choosing the time zone for each sequence. That gives me a chance to use Reply around the clock.

2) Now I can launch more advanced sequnces as Reply offers me multiple communication channels (to name a few, LinkedIN, emails, WhatsApp), so I can design a scenario and mix the ways of reaching the contact out.

3) I can view my own statistics for a particular time period in the Report section.

4) Thanks to a special access I can check the suqences of my team members.

5) I can import contacts for sequences in different ways - for me the most used way is the automatic integration from our CRM, but I also tried csv files and manual records.

6) At any time can get fast tips from customer support with the appropriate articles to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The contact can participate in one sequence at a time. Sometimes, I need to launch a second small sequence to inform my contacts about the upcoming webinar and do that without removing them from the major sequence. So, if I add them to the second one they are automaticaly removed from the first sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying sales outreach with automation and great support"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

Reply has totally transformed how I handle sales outreach. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I had no trouble navigating it right from the start. I was up and running with my first sequence in no time, which was a huge relief since I’m not exactly a tech expert. Now, I rely on it every day to automate my emails, check on my progress, and stay organized 👍 The onboarding process was quite smooth. It connects effortlessly with my existing tools, which made the transition so easy. Our team was also impressed by the variety of features. From email automation to detailed analytics and even options for LinkedIn outreach or calls, it’s got everything I need to run effective campaigns. What is about integration – connecting it to our existing CRM system was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

To be honest, there’s not much to dislike. I’d say if you’re new to this kind of tool, all the features can feel a little overwhelming at first. But with a great customer support and helpful tutorials, it’s not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Our Outbound Sales - Exceeded Expectations in Just 3 Months"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

The accuracy of engagement tracking is phenomenal. Unlike other platforms where you're guessing whether prospects actually opened or engaged with your emails, Reply.io gives you reliable, actionable data. This has completely changed how we prioritize our follow-ups and timing.

The variety of outreach methods is another major win. Being able to seamlessly blend email sequences with LinkedIn outreach, calls, and even SMS in one unified workflow has dramatically increased our response rates. No more juggling between different platforms or losing track of where each prospect is in the journey.

Despite being relatively new to our team, the learning curve was surprisingly gentle. The interface is intuitive, and setting up sequences doesn't require a technical background. Our entire sales team was up and running within a week.

Reply.io has transformed our outbound efforts from a time-consuming guessing game into a streamlined, data-driven process. The combination of accuracy, multi-channel capabilities, and ease of use makes it an excellent investment for any sales team serious about scaling their outreach.

Highly recommended for teams looking to modernize their sales engagement without the complexity of enterprise-level tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How We Used Reply.io and What Challenges We Faced"

What do you like best about Reply?

- User-friendly interface. I quickly figured out how everything works. You can build and launch a campaign in just 15–20 minutes.

- Solid automation. Email, LinkedIn, calls, even SMS — all can be combined into one sequence. It really helps save time and streamline outreach.

- CRM integrations. We connected it with HubSpot without any issues, and the data syncs smoothly.

- AI-powered message generation. The built-in Jason AI sometimes comes in handy and helps speed up writing outreach emails.

- Analytics. You get all the essentials — open rates, clicks, replies. It’s easy to track what’s working and what needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

- Bugs here and there. A few times, emails were sent out without my approval — which was honestly frustrating and a bit alarming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
