"Fantastic simple platform-Swiss Army Knife for customer outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

Easy, flexible, very broad in features, connected to linkedin . It does everything Ì need. Brilliant and quite idiot proof.Excellent customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Some things like the contacts have to be linked in sequence rather than just grabbing a template in contacts. Like most of the address scrapers the email or phone is not there or not accurate. I wish it had more CRM type flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email Sequences and Team Mailboxes, but Reply-Based Removal Can Miss"
4/5
What do you like best about Reply?

The platform is simple and intuitive. It’s easy to set up plain-text, automated email sequences with as many steps as I need. The ability to add several mailboxes under one account has made it much easier for my team to manage outreach on behalf of other team members who aren’t as tech-savvy. We use Reply on a weekly, if not daily basis to manage repetitive email outreach, and it has helped improve the efficiency of certain processes.

I also appreciate that all emails appear in the sender’s Outlook Sent folder, and that replies go straight into the sender’s inbox. The option to adjust how many emails are sent per day, as well as how frequently they go out, is very helpful. You can create specific sending schedules for each sequence and choose not to send on public holidays.

Custom fields have been useful, and the reporting is straightforward. Overall, the price point feels fair for what it offers, and it meets our current needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The software includes a feature that’s supposed to remove a recipient from an email sequence once they reply, but it doesn’t work 100% of the time. Because of that, we’ve gotten into the habit of double-checking that someone is actually removed from the sequence after they respond. We’ve had a few people get angry because they weren’t taken out even after requesting it.

It does seem to work most of the time, and we’ve troubleshot a couple of issues to improve it, but a few messages still slip through the cracks for some reason. Also, they used to have an outbox feature that let you see which emails were projected to be sent on a given day based on who was enrolled in sequences, and they’ve since removed it, which is disappointing. "Multi-Channel Outbound at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

What I like best about Reply.io is how easy it is to run true multi-channel outbound at scale without needing a huge operations team behind it.

We use it heavily for email + LinkedIn outreach, and the workflow builder makes it simple to create sequences that feel personalized while still being efficient. The platform is fast, intuitive, and flexible enough to support more complex outbound motions across multiple inboxes and LinkedIn accounts.

I also appreciate how well it fits into a broader sales stack. We’ve connected it with Airtable, enrichment tools, and internal automations, which allowed us to build a pretty sophisticated sourcing and outreach workflow without a massive engineering lift.

From a usability standpoint, it feels designed for people actively doing outbound every day. Campaign setup is quick, task management is straightforward, and managing large outreach volumes is much cleaner than many alternatives we evaluated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

When we started using it the analytics were not caught up but it seems to have caught up now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multi-thread campaigns and granular workflows, with Hubspot integration and automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

Multi-thread campaigns, integration with Hubspot, and the ability to couple Reply with automation and AI tools like n8n. I also appreciate the very granular sequence workflows, which allow for finely tuning actions. Excellent CSM, very proactive, and very responsive support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

There is no possibility to parallelize actions within the same sequence (for example, contacting someone in parallel via email and on LinkedIn, without LinkedIn becoming a bottleneck). A unified outbox is also missing. The tasks between Reply and Hubspot are also poorly synchronized and unusable for us. Finally, the formatting of emails in plain text is not ideal with rather erratic line spacing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Prospecting Tool with Great Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I like that I've been using Reply for several years and it performs pretty well as a piece of software. Their support is quick to resolve issues, which is impressive. For example, when we signed up for the new JSON AI outbound prospecting system, our direct contact has been phenomenal, setting up multiple meetings to help us answer questions and ensure a correct launch. Initial setup was very easy with their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I think, like any software system, there's a lot of nuances. So anything that could be used to simplify it, the number of steps, the help, again, all software has issues like this, but that would be helpful to simplify it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Time-Saver with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I use Reply for prospecting and outbounding, and I appreciate being able to leverage both the general sequences and Jason AI to automate my go-to-market function. The platform is incredibly efficient, helping our lean sales team reach our target accounts without disrupting our daily tasks, reducing outbound work time from 3-4 hours to less than an hour daily. I love the people at Reply, especially the amazing CSMs and deliverability team, who go above and beyond to ensure I get the most value from the platform. I really enjoy the ease of sequence creation and the 'generate ideas' function, which helps explore other potential messaging. This feature is particularly valuable as it creates new sequences customized to my company and our value proposition, saving our team time in launching new outbound initiatives. The platform is so user-friendly and intuitive that I was up and running within the first two days of purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Had a brief issue with my Hubspot integration, but the Deliverability Team quickly assisted in getting our data migrated over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to get up and running with the features the software has available. I use this software personally and in my busienss across employees every day. From setting up email, linkedin, whatsapp, and other accounts to launching outreach campaigns, creating tasks, follow-ups, and managing replies.

I also really like the help materials and support from the team. Their AI is very good at getting a quick answer to help me in the moment, and their customer service team is always available and quick to reply and go the extra mile to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reply?

I’ve worked with several outreach tools, and Reply.io stands out the most. The multichannel setup is great, the interface is super intuitive, and it’s incredibly easy to collaborate across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

It’s not that I dislike anything — there are just a few features I’d love to see someday. For example, the option to split A/B tests evenly between contacts from the same domain, more customizable reporting for cleaner stats, and maybe even the ability to send WhatsApp messages directly from the tool and track them in sequence.
