The transaction reports are very helpful for auditing staff time. They indicate when staff made changes to time off, with a runnigna balance which makes clarifying disputes very easy. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** The global settings don't work quite like I would expect and often require individual adjustments at the user level which is time consuming. Perhaps I am approaching it wrong myself. For example, I have set vacation to "do no allow overdraw" at the global level, but I must still update each individual user to the same, making me wonder what the global setting was for in the first place. Perhaps a "duplicate user" option would be useful. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time tracking is solved. We were doing this by hand on spread sheets in the past and there was much conflict about time off balances, primarily because of the delay between earning overtime and seeing the balance change. Replicon removes the middleman and the balances update immediately. This has saved many hours of work and frustration.
