If necessary, they'll set up a Zoom meeting and take over the controls to show me exactly what to do. Once completed, they send an email detailing what was done. I can keep the email for a reminder if I don't remember for next time. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** The only downside for our company is that they recently switched from a six month subscription to a yearly subscription. Since our staff numbers can vary, that would mean that we may be paying for licenses that we don't need. However they did waive that requirement for us when I asked, so thanks for that. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Replicon's time off tracking is very helpful for us. Paychex also tracks our time off, but they often make mistakes, so I'm able to reconcile Paychex time off with what is in Replicon. As a long-time customer this is something that has gotten a bit worse over time, but it's not insurmountable, you just need to spend the time to understand what it can and can't do.
