The software behaves smoothly managing all these tasks. For the most part, data entry is quite efficient. Nothing in particular stands out as excellent, but I can say that most of the features are adequate for our needs. I like that I can export the history information from my timesheet to Excel for analysis. It has a very smooth user interface, good functionality, well-configured and flexible. Good connectivity to other systems (even cutting and pasting from the browser is very compatible with Excel). **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** Part of the setup is a bit tedious. I can add users and adjust their access very easily because it can be done in bulk. However, adding tasks can be a bit more tedious, mainly assigning groups to the task. This has to be done one by one. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many salespeople assigned to the assisted sales department who track their hours on multiple projects with various clients. With Replicon, we can also manage vacation requests and approvals, submit and approve expenses of various kinds. The program also has a lot of features, which I could see being used in many different types of industries. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** There tends to be random glitches that would occur while using this program. I never know why, but it seems to be an internal issue. For a bit it would stop working, and then suddenly when you reach out to them, they would have fixed it and there would be no answer to it. I think Replicon isn't a perfect system, and it can get really frustrating when these glitches would occur because sometimes you wouldn't notice it for a long time. In addition, we were using Replicon when they had their previous GEN, and there were some changes that were made that really inconvenient our company and they could not do anything about it. And being able to have multiple projects, responsibilities,clients, and bill rates to facilitate proper time tracking has been terrific. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** We created our own interface to our accounting system to move the data weekly using the Replicon API. There are many similar solutions out there and it is important that you make sure that the one you choose covers your needs.
