## About Rectify
Rectify is the all-in-one operations platform for running your SaaS. Built specifically for non-technical founders and indie hackers who use AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, and v0 to build their products, Rectify consolidates everything you need to monitor, debug, and manage your application into one visual command center. Instead of paying for separate tools for session replay, uptime monitoring, error tracking, support management, code scanning, roadmaps, and changelogs, Rectify brings all of these capabilities into a single platform. This means one login, one dashboard, and shared context across every function, from catching bugs to supporting customers. Core Capabilities: Session Replay & Debugging - See exactly what your users experienced when something breaks. Visual recordings with console logs, network requests, and user interactions make debugging AI-generated code faster and more intuitive than parsing stack traces. Uptime Monitoring & Status Pages - Multi-protocol monitoring (HTTP, TCP, DNS, Ping) with intelligent incident management and professional public status pages. Know before your customers do when something goes down. Support Inbox - AI-powered support system with visual context. When users report issues, you see their session replay alongside their message, no more back-and-forth asking for screenshots. Code Scanning - Automated security and quality analysis built for AI-generated code. Catch vulnerabilities, bugs, and code smells before they reach production. Roadmap & Changelog Management - User voting for feature requests and AI-assisted release notes keep your customers informed and engaged. BYOK Pricing Model - Bring Your Own Keys for AI features means transparent costs with no markup. You control your AI spending directly. Who Uses Rectify: Solo founders and small teams (1-10 people) building with AI coding tools who need simple, visual infrastructure without the complexity of traditional DevOps platforms. Whether you're pre-revenue or scaling to your first $500K ARR, Rectify makes running your SaaS accessible. Replace your scattered tool stack with one platform that actually understands how modern products are built.

## Rectify Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless User Insights and Time-Saving Features for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khazar A. | Co-Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

What I like most is how quickly it helps me understand real user issues. The visual session replays make it obvious what went wrong without digging through logs, and having debugging, support, and product updates in one place saves a lot of time. It feels thoughtfully designed and genuinely useful day to day, especially for small teams and founders.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first because it does a lot in one platform, but it gets easier once you spend some time with it. I’d also like to see more customization options over time, but nothing that’s been a dealbreaker for me so far.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rectify solves the problem of not knowing why things break in production. Instead of guessing or going back and forth with users, I can see exactly what happened through session replays and context. That saves a lot of time, reduces frustration, and helps me fix issues faster while staying focused on building instead of firefighting.

 ### 2. Simple to use, replaces multiple tools, and saves cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay G. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

I brings everything into one place without making it feel complex.

You can see exactly what the user experienced, understand the issue quickly with session replays and logs, and fix it without switching between multiple tools. I also the like the level of customisation it offers across widget and emails.

It’s simple and genuinely saves both time and cost. Plus, it has hundreds of inbuilt integrations.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Since it’s a feature rich platform, there can be a slight learning curve initially, but it improves quickly with use.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rectify solves the problem of fragmented debugging and monitoring workflows. Instead of using multiple tools to understand what went wrong, it brings session replays, logs, network requests, errors, and monitoring into one place. This makes it much easier to see what the user actually experienced, identify the root cause quickly, and fix issues faster. For me, it reduces context switching, saves time, lowers tool costs, and helps resolve bugs with far less guesswork.

 ### 3. A smarter and faster way to debug without breaking your flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

What I like best about Rectify is how it takes the pain out of debugging by giving me clear visual context and intelligent insights right where I need them, every day, all day long. The AI-powered session replays and bug analysis make it so much faster to understand what went wrong and how to fix it. No more guessing games or context switching between tools. It just feels like a smoother, more intuitive way to work.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. Rectify delivers what it promises: a seamless debugging experience powered by AI that keeps my development flow intact. If anything, as someone who loves how intuitive and useful it already is, I’d be excited to see even more integrations and customization options in future updates to make it even more powerful!

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rectify solves the core pain of debugging inefficiency by capturing the full context around issues, from user actions to logs and errors, and making that information instantly accessible and understandable. Instead of spending time reproducing bugs, jumping between tools, or hunting through logs, I can see exactly what happened and why. That means faster fixes, fewer misunderstandings with teammates, and more time actually building features. It’s a huge productivity boost that keeps my workflow smooth and focused.

 ### 4. Essential Roadmap and Feedback Tools for User Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

I use the product roadmap and feedback features to keep users updated on progress for HipDeck.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

I’d like to be able to customize the public roadmap page to be more on brand with my site.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user support tools, such as chat and email support, are valuable features. The roadmap tool is particularly useful for keeping our users updated on our progress. Additionally, the feedback submission feature ensures the app remains user-driven, helping us stay focused and relevant to our user base.

 ### 5. Essential Debugging Tool with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen P. | Co-owner, Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

Rectify makes it easier to debug my application; between code-scanning and monitoring console logs for issues with their browser extensions, it's been a bit of a lifesaver for someone new to creating a SaaS tool.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

It's had its own share of bugs, like an... overenthusiastic code debugger that made Github freak out (which was quickly fixed). That said, the support team have always been responsive and super helpful. I do wish it had a mobile app, though!!

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rectify is giving my beta testers a way to easily log when there's an issue, and I get the details **with context** when they do. Unbelievably helpful.

 ### 6. Improving Quality of Life for Devs with AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sartaj A. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

After using several different tools to manage product roadmaps, changelogs, and support tickets, I started using Replicate as a hub for my product management and support needs. The ease and speed of integration, coupled with a transparent BYOK approach, have already delivered cost savings and accelerated our timelines to ship bug-free features. The built-in screen recordings and annotation features (provided by Loom) and session replays with rich console logs are extremely useful features.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Light mode is still in development... The product roadmap segment is barebones and needs more development to reach feature parity with peers. Also, style and theming options must be improved to better match a wider variety of products.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replicate is helping bring our product management and support teams together to enable accelerated turnaround times on product features, support tickets, and bug-free deployments. It's a swiss army knife and integrates AI in a genuinely useful fashion to improve the developer and user experience.

 ### 7. User-Friendly Design and Appealing Interface Make It a Standout Choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayurnara H. | Founder of AI Sales Boss, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

The software is easy to use, with a user-friendly design and an appealing interface.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Honestly, there isn't much to criticize. I've tried a few other software options, and this one has worked well for me.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It catches bugs at unexpected times, particularly those edge cases that developers like us might not typically consider.

 ### 8. Awesome product!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurelien V. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

super easy to set up. Integration was super smooth. Must-have to develop outstanding product

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

the chat support is not as developed as intercom or chatwoot for instance.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

roadmap development, from idea to getting sh*t done

 ### 9. AI-Powered Bug Resolution & Feedback: A Developer's Ally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

The AI-powered session replays from Quanta are a game-changer for diagnosing bugs quickly, showing not just what but why it happened. The seamless feedback collection without browser extensions and comprehensive technical data (logs, session info) are also excellent for developers.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Very little to dislike for such a promising product.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replicate really tackles the frustrating and time-consuming process of diagnosing bugs and managing user feedback that often slows down development. For me, its biggest benefit comes from the AI-powered session replays, which don't just show what a user did but actually help pinpoint why an error occurred, providing all the technical logs and session details I need in one place. This, combined with how easy it makes it for users to submit rich visual feedback through Loom videos and annotated screenshots without needing extensions, means I get clear, actionable information right away, drastically cutting down on the guesswork and back-and-forth. Ultimately, it helps me fix issues much faster, understand user experiences better, and even automates some of the tedious bits like changelog generation, letting me focus more on building and improving the product.

 ### 10. Umar is a trustworthy founder and this is a great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dexin Y. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Rectify?**

No need to install any extra extension is a big plus. The widget on the side helps me collect feedback from customers regarding website and any service related issues.

**What do you dislike about Rectify?**

Still at early stages so the GDPR is not in place yet. But I think he is going to work on it soon.

**What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have my own CPA website and it could help client giving me feedback on the bugs of the websites.
