Fully integrated, secure credit card processing with our ERP. Eliminates processing errors and reduces time processing payments. Ease of use for processing credit cards as well as running reports on demand. What do you like best about REPAY?

Every part of the user experience is excellent. Very responsive sales agents, quick customer service team, and a general environment of collaboration to add value to your organization. Pricing is competitive, but you will not beat their service. Their pricing beats 90% of the competition out there, but the 10% difference you're getting back tenfold in service. I cannot rave about the customer experience enough. If you need something, REPAY is there. If there's a problem, you've got a point of contact that will get on it immediately. They give insights on the industry and have been a strategic partner in navigating the regulatory environment and help maximize revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REPAY?

It's hard to say something I dislike about REPAY. Honestly, it's a great company. I guess if I'm forced to nitpick, REPAY has competitors who are much larger and therefor able to offer pricing that goes a tiny bit lower. I will say, I've worked with a number of Repay's competitors both larger and smaller, and if I were the absolute decision maker I would go with REPAY 100% of the time. Their pricing is better than most, and those who I've seen beat them are not responsive to issues, don't work as a team to help organizational improvement overall, and offer a much less user-friendly experience. What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?

REPAY is solving card and ACH processing services by offering competitive pricing and industry-leading service. They have helped us save countless sums of money annually while adding the value of tools that allow you to function independently and not have to rely heavily on vendor contact to access valuable data. What do you like best about REPAY?

I'm sure everyone has a different experience based on their Account Representative, but I will say our experience has been fantastic. Doug G. is phenomenal. It doesn't matter what I'm trying to get done, and if it's his department or not, he gets it done. Goes above and beyond, and has helped our company provide another level of efficiency by providing all of the tools necessary to do so. Like I said earlier, in my opinion, your Account Representative is a big part of the overall feel, along with the ease of use products and quick support. The support team has always been extremely helpful, taking calls at all hours of the day and night when needed, even straight to their cell phone. Doug Gurth is our Account Rep., and has been nothing but spectacular. Our company has upgraded our equipment and processes with the help of Repay, and even presented another product for payment processing to SAVE US MONEY! What do you dislike about REPAY?

If I had a complaint, it would be the 90-day limit on searching historical data. The data is in there for several years, but you can only query in 90 day chunks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save staff time and resources by not having to print and mail checks. Staff time is used for more value-added work and we spend little for check stock, stamps, envelopes, toner,etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REPAY?

Generally, it works pretty well. I like the app that REPAY has that can run cards via your phone. It works very well for our delivery drivers who sometimes need to collect payment upon delivery of product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are bugs. For example, we had some issues where their click-to-pay system was double hitting our accounts and giving customers extra credits on their accounts for no reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about REPAY?

The installation was quick and easy, allowing us to be down for a minimal amount of time during the transition from our old payment processor to APS. Our employees learned the new system quickly and we had plenty of support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
