: RepairRight runs a repair counter on Shopify. Take in repairs at the counter with the Shopify POS tile, then track every ticket on a board with the full repair lifecycle and a needs-attention queue. Parts are drawn from Shopify inventory and restocked automatically if a ticket is cancelled. Deposits and pickup balances are billed through Shopify checkout using draft orders. Print a claim check and work order, give each customer a private status page, and send email updates at every stage. CSV export is included. Built for phone and electronics, computer, bike, watch and jewelry, musical instrument, shoe, small-engine and sewing/vacuum repair shops running Shopify POS. Categories: Primary: Repair Shop (if offered). Otherwise: Field Service Management is NOT a fit — use Help Desk/Ticketing only if no repair category exists, and note it in the log.
