## RepairDesk Reviews
  ### 1. Highly Customizable, Stellar Support for our Sewing Machine Repair Shop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Japheth S. | Sewing Department Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

I love that RepairDesk allows us to customize it to meet all of our needs, especially for our unique business of repairing sewing machines. We can change how tickets are created and track the accessories included with each item at check-in. This is huge for us. We specialize in high-end sales, and the ability to track what's sold alongside having serialized inventory is crucial. Another thing I absolutely love about RepairDesk is their customer support. Having a dedicated account manager accessible within minutes is vital when issues arise.

I also love the way I can interact directly with my customers from within the point of sale system, whether through text or email, and have all communication documented. It eliminates misunderstandings and provides clear communication with a documentation backup, which is vital to align customer expectations. They also have a very stable system that experiences very little downtime which is also very important! RepairDesk's intergration with Woocommerce for our website is WAY better than the other POS systems that we have had in the past.

Pricing is not cheap, but after the first year with them, I feel that it is well worth the money! I have not worked with the AI models too much yet, but what I have used has been helpful. To simply type the basics of what we did in the repair and then let AI polish it up for us has saved significant typing time for our staff, especially those who can't type well, but they still need to proof the notes as sometimes the nuances of what is stated could be misread by the customer.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

The sheer volume of options and the ability to change features can be a little overwhelming when starting out. It's kind of like flying a 747, where you don't know what all those knobs and buttons are for. There were some difficulties in figuring out where everything was and ensuring everything was properly mapped in the new system, but they worked with us and after the first two or three months, we had a smoothly running system.

**What problems is RepairDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepairDesk helps me get my data entered quickly, customize ticket creation, track sales with serialized inventory, and provide clear communication with customers while documenting interactions for clarity and backup.

  ### 2. One System for Everything, Phenomenally Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saber A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

I like how RepairDesk has a lot of unique features. The credit card system is fully integrated, which makes it easy and simple. The phone system is phenomenal, particularly when a customer calls and their work order pops up. It's simple and makes it pretty much easy. The system is transparent, and both we and the customers love it. It's phenomenal and amazing.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

I'd say one of the biggest things that we perhaps would need to improve upon is the inventory module. And to avoid glitches. I mean, it's a POS system. It's a software system. It's pretty much hard to not have glitches, but it's just still another glitches as much as possible.

**What problems is RepairDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepairDesk puts us into structure, handling inventory, payments, customer database, and reporting in one system. Our phone line is integrated, making customer interaction smooth.

  ### 3. Stable, Scalable, and Built for Real Repair Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

The combination of stability, feature depth, and responsive support. It gives us the tools to run efficiently without worrying about the system failing.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

I honestly can't think of any. It is highly customizable.

**What problems is RepairDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of keeping our repair tickets, customer communication, and documentation organized in one place. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we have strict requirements for record keeping, and RepairDesk allows us to consistently meet those standards while keeping our workflow efficient. It also simplifies payment processing, review management, and day-to-day operations so our team can focus more on the customer and less on managing systems.

  ### 4. Amazing Support, Seamless Integrations, and an Intuitive RepairDesk Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

Amazing support and integrations. The user experience feels intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the overall experience smooth.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

I like everything about RepairDesk. There is nothing I can think about right now.

  ### 5. Endless Functionality, Flawless Support, Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

I like RepairDesk because it has all the functionality that I need for my busy repair shop. It integrates with my website, buyback software, and phone testing software, making things seamless. I appreciate how it tracks inventory, manages repair tickets, and automates customer notifications. Their support is unparalleled; they truly care about customers and implement requested changes or feature requests. Communicating with the repair shop community is great, and they've built in features like the rush queue and deposit requirements that work well for me. Their commitment to regularly updating and improving the software is fantastic. The setup was seamless, with all customer, product, and ticket data imported effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

There are just minor graphical updates that are needed, some UI updates and things like that, but they're actively working on that. Every few weeks, there's an update to the system which I am always excited to see, and they listen to the feedback on anything that is implemented.

**What problems is RepairDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepairDesk keeps track of all our repair tickets, manages rush and regular queues, requires deposits (a setting I use) to eliminate tire kickers, and live inventory integrates with my website (WooCommerce). It handles purchasing, receiving, mail in repairs, and provides automated customer notifications, making my busy shop run smoothly.

  ### 6. Exceptional Tool for Electronics Repair Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about RepairDesk?**

I like the quality of life updates in RepairDesk and how their customer service is really quick at resolving issues. I also appreciate the updates they provide when there are server side issues. It's great to have the ability to correspond directly with executive individuals at the company to test new features and provide feedback. This makes me feel like I'm contributing to making RepairDesk one of the best repair shop software options out there. Additionally, the simplified initial setup was a breeze thanks to the helpful support team and account representative, who ensured everything was set up to our liking, including our internal hardware like the thermal printer.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

I'd like an integration with Amazon to pull in order syncs because sometimes we have to purchase through Amazon. This would reduce the manual inputting of data.

**What problems is RepairDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RepairDesk expedites job tickets, tracks progress, and provides complete documentation for customers. It helps verify completed work, and its integration with service receipts simplifies customer interactions. It's quick in resolving issues and testing new features is a plus.

**What do you dislike about RepairDesk?**

Sometimes certain things happen that I do not like about this system, for example: it does not allow me to synchronize or import the Excel sheet into the system automatically, which leaves me only being able to do it manually.
