
I use Rentvine all day every day to manage residential properties. Rentvine is mostly a solid platform and when bugs do arise, they are pretty quick to make updates and fix things. They are fairly open to feedback and are continuously making changes to improve user experience so it feels more intuitive, and to make processes flow better for more effectiveness. When customer support is contacted, they are fairly quick to respond and provide detailed instructions on how to complete what you need done, or to explain workarounds if you can't do what you're requesting. I like that some fields are integrated with LeadSimple - there is a lot that could be done to add functionality there but that's on LeadSimple as well. The new "Update Move-in Date" feature works smoothly, as well as the rent increase function - I just wish it worked more in tandem with the lease renewal process, in the same box. Rentvine can be buggy sometimes, with windows popping up when they shouldn't, etc. I hate the 2-factor authentication - so irritating and unnecessary. I don't like that the reports pages don't have the main logo to make it easy to get back to the dashboard. I also think there needs to be better visual cues when there is a NOTE on an item- make it red or add a number bubble that shows how many notes there are or something. Reports could use more customization (ie show properties with custom field date between x and x date) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
