I like RentSpree because it has different features, like the section for notes, which I find really helpful. I use this note section to put comments about the applications I run. It's great because when I'm done for the day or need to return and check something, the notes are easily available for my review. This feature helps me keep a note of things without having to use a word document or another platform. It allows me to track all my evaluations in one place and guides all of my reviews, which I can refer back to whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RentSpree? I would say the platform itself. I used to like it very well. Recently, they decided to change the platform a bit, and now the format seems a little odd. When I'm opening the application, it kind of has a very limited space for me to see the names or find more information. I need to click one by one on the application to find more information. It gives me applicant information like credit score and income, making it easy to review applications consistently. The note section helps me keep track of comments on applications. I understand that you are California based , but my workday starts at 8:30 am and no one is available to speak with me until 10 a.m. my time.
