Especially, the maintenance requests and rent collection. We haven't received texts in the middle of the night for anything, nor have I had to contact tenants asking when rent is going to be paid. I really appreciate RentRedi for its easy access via the mobile app, allowing me to manage everything on the go at any time. The convenience is a big plus since all aspects related to my rental agreement are organized neatly in one place, making them easily accessible without the need to search for anything. Additionally, even when I encountered an issue with the app, the customer service was very easy to contact, and they were quite warm and responsive while guiding me through accessing my account on the web. I used the feature once to earn a few extra credit card rewards, but the incredibly high fee simply made it unviable. At this point we are using it to gently transition our tenants to automatic rent payments. We are in a rural area and most of our tenants pay in cash or drop off checks. Having screening, rent collection, and tenant communication living in one place really does add up over time. Regarding QuickBooks, we are able to connect to QuickBooks, but RentRedi has free built-in accounting that might fill some of that gap, with automatic expense categorization and tracking, tax-ready Schedule E reports, and real-time mileage tracking all included. I really appreciate the option to pay online with either a card or a bank account and the transparency about the fees associated with card payments versus no fees for bank account transactions. A third-party investigation confirmed that email was exposed in the Synthient Credential Stuffing breach, which leaked email and password combinations for over 2 billion accounts worldwide. It appears a fraudster used those leaked credentials to access your account without authorization. Even though this breach happened outside of RentRedi's own systems, our team has worked with you every step of the way through external channels.
