Rentrax's user-friendly interface and simple layout have greatly reduced the rental management process for CityCare Rentals. It has decreased administrative tasks, and automated processes, and allowed for more focus on customer service. Rentrax's responsive customer service is also outstanding. What do you dislike about Rentrax? Despite some drawbacks, our team uses Rentrax for our medical equipment rental business. The learning curve for new users may be difficult, but the advantages are greater than the difficulties. customized choices for reporting, especially for strategic planning, could boost the reporting capabilities. they promise the new user interface which would also improve the overall experience. Despite these obstacles, Rentrax has continually showed a dedication to continuous improvement, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. We just started working with rentrax, and the impact on our business has been great in just a few months. Inventory management, SKU-based items, and effective platform maintenance scheduling were all important to our success. Due to its complexity, the first setup of rentrax can be a little challenging. However the onboarding process went smoothly because of their excellent customer support. Previously, we had booking conflicts when our equipment was under maintenance. Our staff frequently needed help to track when products would be rentable, resulting in customer dissatisfaction. Those issues no longer exist. The software's effective system eliminates disputes and provides clear visibility into equipment availability following maintenance. The nicest thing about Rentrax that I enjoy is its excellent customer service. I've regularly gotten timely and efficient service from their team as a user. Only some features offered on the desktop are available on the mobile app. It was a little annoying that I had to return to my laptop to access certain features that weren't accessible through the mobile version, particularly if I had to attend to something immediately while I was on the go.
