**What do you like best about Rentrax?**

Rentrax offers excellent customer service. The software has a decent intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Rentrax?**

The setup process can be quite time-consuming. We could not set it up without their help.

**What problems is Rentrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to get rid of pen and paper and implement a more organized way of managing orders, and Rentrax did well to help us achieve this.
