**What do you like best about RentMaster?**

We are a rental business company tailored toward providing hotels, restaurants, and any venue that provides guests with events such as weddings. RentMaster helps us with keeping track of all items going in and out of the business that is being rented. It keeps track of inventory that is available as well as items that we do not have in stock at the moment. Even more, it helps coordinate deliveries based on event location.

**What do you dislike about RentMaster?**

Constructive criticism of RentMaster is the outdated user interface it has that makes it feels as if you're running a program from Windows 95. In some cases adding new inventory as well as new items to the program can be a bit tedious and not as user-friendly as one would expect.

**What problems is RentMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory statistics is an option in RentMaster that allows keeping track of the number of items going out, the number of items in inventory as well as the number of sales being generated from that specific item. Even more, it allows keeping track on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis of the items going out. It allows for better forecasting of the items that will be heading out, items that are low on inventory as well as items that are of our stock. It permits the company to be prepared for upcoming orders.
