Rently ist eine Schweizer Software für Hausverwaltungen, STWEG-Verwaltungen und private Vermieter:innen. Mieter:innen melden Schäden per App, Link oder QR-Code – ohne Konto, mit Fotos und Angaben zum Zutritt. Jeder Fall wird zum Ticket, an dem alles an einem Ort steht: der Chat mit den Mieter:innen, der Austausch mit Handwerker:innen inklusive Offerten und Rechnungen sowie die interne Kommunikation im Team. So geht nichts mehr in Mails, Telefonnotizen oder Excel-Listen verloren. Termine, Kosten und Belege sind direkt am Ticket erfasst. Rently läuft im Browser sowie als App für iOS und Android, auf Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch. Die Daten liegen in einem Rechenzentrum in Zürich. Entwickelt in Winterthur.
