Any issues I've had, have been minimal and the team is very responsive to resolve any issues. Couldn't recommend it enough for new landlords. **What do you dislike about Rentler.com?** I am very happy with the service. The only thing I would change is going back to free bank transfers. Every issue I have had has been promptly resolved. I couldn't recommend it enough. **What problems is Rentler.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rentler is makes it really easy to list my rental, evaluate applications, schedule showings, and now receive rental payment each month. One thing I really liked about applications was that the background check for an applicant could be used for another application to a different property listed on Rentler. ### 3. It took me three times the amount of work before I started using Rentler. **What do you dislike about Rentler.com?** When I managed a multiple unit property, I needed to get support on the line to create multiple payments at the same address. I tried to figure it out on my own and couldn't, but their support was fast and helpful. **What problems is Rentler.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rentler helps me manage all my properties the same way and helps me not need to use an additional management company. It saves me so much time and helps me find good tenants and get paid on time with autopay. ### 4. It has an organized, easy to use layout. **What do you dislike about Rentler.com?** When writing the listings, if you copy and paste text, it gets rid of all paragraph breaks, which is very inconvenient for trying to format listings. We've had a few problems with listings coming up in the search results for a city they aren't in and not showing up in searches for the city they are in. **What problems is Rentler.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We find most of our prospective tenants through Rentler, so it's been great. ### 11.
