**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

rentle provides a super easy user frendly rental interfae that helps my company look professional and convert prospective clients into users. I dont use compeitors but I do see other companys rental pages and none are as clean and fluid as the rentle page. Also, I love that i can embed it direclty into my website... Huge for us.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

The Rentle platfrorm has alot of options for rentals, but sometimes the options can itherfere with other options. For example, If i created 6 hour rentals, I must make sure I set delivery avaibility for rentals less then a day. If i dont, my 6 hours wont show up. Esentally just need to make sure options agree with eachother.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a platofrm that i can embed into my website that makes it super easy for clients to book rentals. Looks very professioanl and helps us convert clients to sales. I like the fact i can add products in too, like shirts and hats, but i have not done that yet.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

The best part about this software is its free functionality. Our school didn't have a large budget, but creating a rental suite for students to use from scratch would have been daunting. Twice was a perfect service for me to find. It had all of the functionality I was looking for and was fairly intuitive to undertand.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

The only con I would say is some of the features in the free version can be limiting, and the customer support (again for the free version). For example: I wanted to change the email and password for admin of the site, but I can't just change the email. I would have to give admin to another user before removing the original admin which requires paying for one of the subscriptions to add a user and change admin. And I have yet to find a way to change a password as well.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to create a suite that displayed all of the equipment students could use and a way for them to be able to rent them in advance, make sure things aren't double booked, and scheduling equipment.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

+ It have a nice UI,
+ it easy to use. 
+ I can identify every items. 
+ I have tryed a lot of booking system but this is the most flexible one. 
+ I use it to rental and for courses and selling trips.
+ It's coming updates all the time
+ They are fast on supporting, really good!
+ Good price for small business (Discovery)

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

The free version is good for many but if you serious you have to upgrade, 
- It's not super easy to set up payments in the start. 
- Setting up all the things from beginning can take some time but it's worth it. 

Even if it have a lot of option i still miss some. 
- For example you can't send message to costumer in discovery version. 
- There is not possibility to use html or change font increase or decrease text in the description (big disadvantage).
-When the rental is over, there is only one way to see the old rentals and that through the confirmation E-mail.
- If you have some season rental you can choose to not have it published, but you cant temporarly hide it from your self, so it can be a lot of item to scroll through.
- if you want to upgrade for some new features it's to expensive if you have a small business.
- If you hav a lot of user that had rental the same day, you cant get a report to print in just one or two papers, you have to print every order for them self.

i can have a inventory, easy to use, have control over what equipment you have, payments

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

The setup is very easy. You can setup shop in a matter of minutes and your up and running. We run a furniture rental store, and I had been looking for a solution to taking orders in an organized way. I like the fact that you can control the inventroy and the time buffers between each. 

I have constantly been offered support for tutorials and problem solving, and it has been quick and efective.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

I think the pricing is a bit high on the build plan. That is the one I need and it is a considerable fixed cost.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Twice, we have a plattform for availability and pricing in real time. Before Twice, we used to send a product catalogue to our client, he would then choose, we would check inventory and get back to them. This was time consuming and we would sometimes loose the client at some point of the follow up. That is why, having online availability and a dinamic catalogue has expanded our capability to manage orders and give a better customer experience. We launched some weeks ago, but the recepction by our clients is great.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

Rentle subscription management system, with user-friendly interface/ease of implementation, and tools to support a subsciption rentle business, as well as grow it (discounts, reccommended products). Easily embedded within Squarespace (though limitations exist that affect overall UX). Advantages in that you can display products to rent as well as purchase on the same product page. I like the loop of the inventory management system, though am yet to test it out with live customers.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

Limited templates for creating the whole website on Twice or ability to customise your site to your brand/UX -  (hence why I've chosen to build my website on Squarespace, and embed Twice within it).
Lack of ability to create links or add any formatting to Product descriptions in catalogue. 
Lack of ability to embed singular features of Twice shop onto Squarespace -  ie Booqable enables you to embed just the cart/calendar, so you can place it alongside the main product information on your Squarespace product pages (and thus keep the nicely designed Squarespace user interface, running seamlessly alongside subsciption rental functionality). Once the user has entered the Twice shop, they can get lost within the Twice shop rather than being able to navigate back to the main website hosted by Squarespace.
Expensive given lack of customisation features.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to rent on a subscription model, and embed within Squarespace website. I also like the inventory management system - though am yet to see it in action (no customers yet as the business is just getting started)

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

The ability to manage my products (Rentals). It's so simple, the invoices, the confirmations, basically a really user-friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

There aren't many things that I personally dislike, it could be sometimes the speed of loading of the page, but that's completely understandable.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can simply let our customers rent our e-bikes without any friction or problems for them. They can easily pay rental payments, and choose the product they want. Then we get an email with specific details about their order which is super effective and saves us so much time.

I like that it is straight forward, good documentation on how to use their platform. They've recently updated their pricing, actually lowering it, which helped us decide to use them over other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

There are a few features I'd like to have like syncing to my Google calendar.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking for a simple way to rent equipment online and collect security deposits automatically. Once items have been returned undamaged security deposits will be returned. Doing this upfront when the item is reserved helps make pickup a smoother process and customers know before reserving the secturity deposit requirement.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

One of not so many vendors who offer monthly subscription. The set up was fairly easy. Its easy to use, support is responsive and usually responds within an hour. Integration with payment providers is fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

SKU management needs some redesign. Adding a product requires 10 min of your time. Also it would be nice to have more flexibility in editing the appearance of embedded blocks. Also what im missing is a field on a product card where i could indicate a retail  price of a product. And check out form needs more customization to attach both rental agreement and TC. Also its impossible to attach an  insurance option (or any other add). 
But the biggest pain is that you need to choose the delivery method at the very beginning of the process. And then when you picked products and want to change the delivery method everything resets and you have to start from the scratch

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to solve the problem of creating a marketplace for the items. Basically it replaces the website constructor and CRM

Also, you can now add the purchase price for each item directly in the inventory section.

For the customization of embedded blocks and the checkout process, we would love to learn more about the specific changes you're looking to make. Please reach out to us via our support chat so we can better understand your requirements and guide you accordingly. Also, our help center provides step-by-step instructions on including a document for e-signature at checkout, ensuring your Terms and Conditions are properly set up for customer acceptance.

Regarding the delivery method selection, we understand the frustration with the need to reset your choices when changing methods. This behavior is due to the availability checks that are specific to each delivery option.

It's nice to have something differnt to choose from for a selling platform. It seems like it would save a lot of time and hassle of posting to other platforms.

when I was using the mobile version it seemed harder to navigate or that it didn't have as much info that was as easy to find as the desktop version.

Writing out the posts for me was nice, I only had to change or add a few things that the AI wouldn't have known from the image that I sent anyways.

It's not always to see options for out of the box design, but a lot more can be done with it.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

I was looking for a selling platform that would enable me to take online reservations for campsites and trailer park sites. I was originally experimenting with Shopify and Wix but it seems surprisingly difficult to find apps or widgets suitable for this kind of multi-day reservation. I just needed something simple. Rentle has been really easy to set up so far and the functionality of the reservation system is great.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

I'm hoping that once I upgrade my site to the paid 'Discovery' plan that I will be able to customize more of the colors and design of the site. There are a few things I would like to remove from the 'ABOUT' section of my website like store hours, but I can't figure out how to do that yet. Hopefully the paid plan will give me more design flexibilty.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rentle is allowing my customers to book campsites and trailer sites. After a site is booked the rental duration is blocked off to prevent double bookings. That is exactly what I wanted! Simple.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

I really like the UI-Design and how easy it is to get started and get your first items up and running. Implementing the plugin in our Wordpress website was pretty easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

Something I think can be aprooved in the future would be more ways to customize the checkout process and more ways to customize the timeslots during the booking process so that everyone can choose whatever date they want.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Rentle we can easily create our Online Rental Shop and get started in a matter of days. Its solving the problem that we had no idea how to set everything up and rentle offers a great way to have everything already in place and you just need to fill out and add your own content.

I tried coding the website which can be done but required time considering all the features, using wordpress or prestashop takes also too much time. Shopify is good for selling but not for renting

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

I am honestly still thinking about moving to a fully code website when i have the time, but i didn't have time to try all the features on the free plan yet. Maybe it will be enough, I need more languages (french especially), also I want to be able to create apointment to try the clothes (I am building a clothe rental website)  before booking the rental period
I need to make sure it's fully optimized for SEO, google business ....

It's super easy to handle. I created my online shop within 1 day. I always got quick answers from Twice employees and they have been very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

I'm curious to learn more about the possibilities to individualize the shop frontend. I didn't find filter options yet, for example.

We always had the challenge to find a software for rental as rental comes with complete different needs as selling products.

Exemple : a ultralight back for bivouac, with 3 models of tents with variantions, 3 models of backpack with variantions, many accessories like headlamp, cooking pot, stove, hiking poles. I would like my customers to be able to choose the best options for them in this pack : offer a personalized experience in a pre-composed pack

2/ Marketing and e-commerce tools : like cross selling or upselling in product page or cart or after payment. I use shopify for my sales and i would to do the best environnement to promote my rental service

Customer service is attentive, on the ball, helpful, courteous and knowedgeable. For me renting out Lego sets is a new venture. This was a local manual spreadhseet in the past, now so much easier with the online portal. Loading all the 70+ sets was something new, but then understanding copying products, helped, shipping options helps, reports, branding are all included in basic fee, plus it's 50% off if you're under $1000 a month. Not there yet :-)

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

Offered payment processor setup is not straightforward and fees are high, on the flip side, I can use manual invoicing to allow my customer sto use multiple payment processors I have access to. As a local and nationwide business, this includes PayPal, Bank Transfer, Strip or Cash

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing an e-portal to hire and organise Lego sets. It keeps track of hire duration, allows customers to select their own sets and durations before checkout.
Business has grown this way, as with a spreadsheet, this was no longer possible.

What I like about Rentle is it seems to cater to all my needs as a car rental company. The interface is sleek, I showed my website to my friends and they thought it was professional. It is better than booqable so far in my opinion.

I wish there was a student plan for Rentle. Right now I'm a student, and the Discover plan pricepoint is a little high.

Creating the very basic site is very easy. From opening the shop to selling your first rental in-store using mobile-payment might take only few days.

Adaption to modern rental world is still way behind. The service has a mantra of making renting generally more accessable, but if the customer base that they are serving constists of ski-center rentals and mountain-biking rentals, this does not offer anything to normal innovative people without a brick and mortar stores, like renting their own ice-hockey goalie equipment from their home, or renting their own electrical tools and shipping them with courieer services. I feel there is huge possiblity, but they are focusing on keeping alive the old industry, not focusing on creating space for the new comers.

As it is only a side gig, it will only be a smaller revenue. Whilst I am willing to pay for the product, it is not economical to pay > 50% for the shop software which would have been the case with other platforms. 
With rentle I found a great platform which distinguishes pricing for small businesses (>20$ month) which makes it affordable.

Rentle is easy to use, with helpful professional features and  is a great add-on to our business so that we don't have to develop an app or webstore oursevles.  It is generally easy to setup and manage

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

- Constantly changing price structure (two MAJOR to restructures in 2 years - each time after having changed our business processes to work around certain features/blocks included in our package - extremely frustrating!)

- When customers make a rental booking, it defaults to the earliest available collection slot that you offer, but  there is nothing to tell the customer that they have to choose a collection time as part of their booking (just a list of times hidden at the bottom of the page with no words or instructions), so many people miss it. Bookings come through with a 05:00 start time and we then have to contact customers to find out when they are actually intending to collect. It would be very easy for Rentle to rectify this by making it mandatory for customers to choose a collection slot (instead of assuming one, which the customer then has to realise they need to change), but Rentle don't seem at all interested in making this simple user experience change. Apparently we are the only business to report this issue, so it is not on the development agenda.

- We don't seem to be able to add any custom wording to the booking confrmation emails which customers receive initially. I would have thought that many rental business would want the ability to communicate any special instructions, or what to expect next.

Ability for customers to view live availability and make instant bookings. 

Abilty for us to manage our rental inventory and take online bookings. This greatly reduces the amount of email and phone admin time needed.

Wish that there were more payment options. We really would like to be able to link our payment processor through our credit union to our site but that feature isn't currently available.

I was able to set up my store and start renting online in less than 30 minutes. The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. I've been using the free version, and apart from one or two nice-to-haves, it pretty much does everything I need without the need to upgrade to the paid version. It integrates nicely on my website.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

There's really not much to complain about.  If I were to ask for one improvement, it would be a cheaper upgrade option. The free version does everything I need except one or two nice-to-haves. I'm weighing up wether these nice-to-haves are worth the monthly paid fee. I'd prefer to be able to select just the individual functions I need rather than pay for a bundle. But it's only a tiny thing.

I like the services they offer with the better User Interface and User Experience they provide to the customers. Website loading time is very very smooth and easy to accessable.

Plan is very costly according to Indian region, Not able to integrate local payment gateway.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

so i used Turo to rent out some of my cars, after a while i wanted to do this off the Turo platform and made my own company, built a website with Wix paid for a 3 year plan and only after my website went live did i found there online booking and car managment system does not permit car rentals!! a big flaw! so in a panic i went on the hunt for somthing that will work with my current website/Turo and others.  i found Rentle and i has been amazing! it is really easy to use, i can manually book out cars with customers who booked on Turo or over then phone,  i can take payments, take cars offline for repairs, keep track of sales and bookings, honeslty 10/10 ive not found an issue at all, ive paid to upgrade my plan just because im finding more and more they offer the better my compnay can grow 10/10

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

umm not much really, i guess if you had to push me, i would say the prices could be sent in the county your in, e.g im in England and trying to work out what im spending or signing up for is a little off as all the money is shown is USD rather then GBP.

keeping track of double bookings which we have a big issue off before coming over to Rentle, this also means we are able to strim line staffing and where cars need to be at all times

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

I was struggling through another rental software platform when I decided to create a free account on Rentle for my new business. I wish this had been my first stop because the excellent tutorial walked me through everything I needed in the first few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

I wish the ability to add my branding package to the online store was available as a free option during the trial as it was on another platform that I previewed. The information provided suggests that I will not have any trouble adding my branding attributes to my online store. However, as a new business, every penny counts and I do not want to pay for the "branding block" only to find out that my fonts are not available to use on this site. That said, I do expect that Rentle will be my final choice for my business.

I do not want to manually track my orders, and I am also looking for a sleek platform that will attract customers

I love that Rentle is very user friendly and easy to embed on to my website. Using the widget makes it simple. I love that Rentle offers a free package for those who are just starting out.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

If I could change one thing it would to be able to show product descriptions on my embedded website. Currently when embedded, Rental only shows product and price.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am no coder, so the software that Rentle provides allows me to easily set up my store and integrate it into my website. I spent a lot of time looking for a way to do this. Rentle solved that problem for me.

**What do you like best about Twice Commerce?**

Easy to setup your rental store, easy to take payments, easy for inventory management and when you get a little stuck, the help topics are absolutely fantastic. I managed to setup a store with 60 products in around 2 days.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

Its difficult to differentiate your store from other stores due to the lack of branding possibilities. Its also not possible (as far as im aware) to attach PDFs to your products, for things like user guides or specification documents.

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For tool rental, the software helps me to remove a barrier for people wanting to hire, as you can rent products within a few clicks. The product itself helps me do differentiate from competitors.

I don't really find anything negative about Rentle. If I do have a problem then Rentle are incredibly quick to respond and sort out any questions or queries. Amazing service.

Rentle has been great with the non profit gear library we run in Colorado, it does everything we need it to do in an easy to setup and operate platform.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

The one downside i would say is being stateside it is very tricky to be able to be able to speak to anyone because of the time difference but they do always answer questions within 24 hours. Would just be a little easier to have a US customer support.

1. Clear and easy to use for both staff and customers
2. Constantly rolling out improvements and fixes
3. Consistently helpful support when I need it
4. Super receptive to feedback. It's clear that you guys take it seriously and use it to guide how you continue building and improving the platform.

**What do you dislike about Twice Commerce?**

A few things I'd REALLY like to see added:
1. Allow for more specificity when choosing height & weight for DIN calculation. Ideally height would be in 1-inch increments rather than 2-inch increments like it is now, along with weight in 1-pound increments rather than 10-pound increments (although 5-pound increments would be a welcome improvement too). 
2. More flexible API (e.g. the ability to update orders via PUT action)
3. More checkout customization (e.g. being able to add a custom checkbox like for the terms of use)

**What problems is Twice Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a high level, it's enabled us to expand beyond our primary business of indoor simulator-based ski and snowboard lessons by opening a rental shop. 

More specifically, the new API update is a solid step in the right direction. Restructuring how the data is organized seems to have made it simpler to understand and easier to use. It seems like a solid foundation to continue building additional functionality into it, like the features I previously mentioned I'd like to see added.

My business is based on shipping to customers so I wish it had a tool for automatically calculating shipping rates for customers.

Auto calculating security deposit per items which helps from having to charge customers afterwards for security deposit.

I helped my Mum setting up her own online store and it was very easy to use and to integrate it in her own website. We had all the features we needed for the frequency  of use we are going to  have.

I haven't really got around support centre. But I noticed that there is no customer support on weekend.
