RentDari is all-in-one vacation rental software for hosts and property managers, from a single apartment to a portfolio of homes, guesthouses and hostels. Most tools stop at the channel manager, so teams still juggle spreadsheets for owners, WhatsApp for cleaners and paper contracts. RentDari covers the whole life of a stay, from the booking to the owner's statement, in one web app and one mobile app. • Channel manager: Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia connected by API. Availability, rates and restrictions synced across 500 days, with no double bookings. • One calendar and one inbox for every booking and guest message, with built-in translation and AI reply drafts. • Contracts filled in automatically and signed online, with guest IDs collected before arrival. • Cleaning and maintenance planned for your team and providers, with photo proof from the field. • Owner portal and monthly owner statements for managers who run other people's homes. • Rooms and beds: sell a guesthouse room by room or as a whole house, or a hostel bed by bed, without double bookings. • Digital welcome book, Tuya smart-lock codes for each stay, PriceLabs dynamic pricing. • Revenue analytics: occupancy, ADR and RevPAR per property. • iOS and Android apps for managers, field staff, owners and providers, with home-screen widgets. • A help center with 567 short video guides, each with its text, and a getting-started course. Available in English, French, Arabic and Spanish, with properties priced in euros, dollars, pounds or dirhams. Free forever for one property; Pro from €34 a month.
