Every day made easy! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Louisa C. | Accounts, Senior Admin & Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025 **What do you like best about Point of Rental?** Operationally, it has helped us manage our technicians and every day workflow. **What do you dislike about Point of Rental?** Some of the functions are not as dynamic as we would like them to be, however we hope in the future these can be built in. **What problems is Point of Rental solving and how is that benefiting you?** A company like GPS, focused heavily on sustainable solutions, can’t be printing out thousands of sheets of paper a month, just to recycle it all. The company uses Syrinx’s app suite, allowing their technicians to track their works on the app onsite, tracking fueling and maintenance. This real-time data is also updated so they can share that information with customers, especially during billing cycles. We’ve been able to meet our sustainability targets by using apps and the program - being able to email quotes, have digital dockets for our fuel runs, service reports, things like that. POR has really helped in the sustainability space, and it keeps us in line with what the industry needs as well. Point of Rental’s done a great job with giving us those tools. ### 2. The Reporting allows us to run our business more efficiently and make the right decisions. **What do you dislike about Point of Rental?** some of the functions require what seems like a few extra steps that could possibly be eliminated but it does not hinder functionality. **What problems is Point of Rental solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous software was not reliable for reporting. POR has allowed us to be confident in the data we are compiling and we can trust the data being pulled to make decisions we need to make in our day to day operations and out business overall. ### 3. Will be better when we upgrade to Elite and have POR One and an enhanced consumer portal. ### 5.
