Rental369 is cloud-based rental management software for businesses that rent out equipment, vehicles, event supplies, electronics, furniture, boats, aircraft, containers, billboards and more. It replaces spreadsheets, notebooks and disconnected tools with one workspace where every rental item has a single record: its rates, availability, rental history, condition and maintenance. Teams check availability on a calendar before confirming a job, send quotations, and turn bookings into rental agreements with the customer, items, dates, rates and deposit already filled in. Handover and return checklists record each item's condition with photos and signatures from both sides, saved as a PDF with the agreement. For rentals billed by use, Rental369 records meter readings such as operating hours or mileage, compares them with the allowance, and calculates excess charges that can be invoiced with the rental. Usage alerts flag rentals that are approaching their limit. The maintenance workspace keeps service schedules, work orders, suppliers, expenses and budgets next to the rental schedule, so equipment is serviced between jobs instead of failing during one. A built-in CRM tracks leads, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups. Businesses can list items on the Rental369 marketplace, where renters send inquiries and booking requests straight into the workspace. Multi-branch organisation, team permissions, email templates, WhatsApp Business messaging, workflow automation and an AI assistant support larger operations. Rental369 offers a free plan, with paid plans for more items, team members and features.
