**What do you like best about Rental Tracker?**

What I like best is the ease of transferring documented information over into another program. 

**What do you dislike about Rental Tracker?**

What I dislike is that I can not have the system automatically generate and send an invoice by default. If I want to send the invoice via email, I have to do it manually. 

**What problems is Rental Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't believer we are using Rental Tracker as a problem solver because prior to, we didn't have problems we just needed a software program to use for our rental business and Rental Tracker was suggested so we went with it.
