Rent Manager is a very robust software solution for property management, however, if you choose not to use the entire suite of features, it doesn't drag you down. This software handles my current needs as a mid-sized property management firm, but also has the ability to grow and support me as my porfolio increases. Using the Software is very intuitive and features all of the standard reports and tools that I would expect.

I recently purchased a new computer and had to re-install Rent Manager on a new computer, which I hadn't done in a few years. I would like to state that customer service is extremely helpful whereas they can take control of the software if needed and can access different setting in the system depending on what issue you have. I really like that RM has so much to offer. I've been with RM for a few years now and still not using all of its features. There's so much that this software offers; it's amazing. I also appreciate the customer service team they have. They have always been pleasant to work with and help me with all my needs and friendly. Occassionally I run into tasks that I wish could be customized , and most things can be, but it's rare I come across something. Another thing I don't like is the user fee is priced high. We already pay to use the service every month and then we have to pay an additional monthly fee for each user. Last, the integrations are not as easy as they sound.
