I've found the program easy to use but more importantly, those that I train on the program quickly gain proficiency in its use. At its base it is a very intuitive program. But the way that you can customize it to specific job roles means that you can bring you and your teams job performance to a whole new level. From creating lease document packets to report customization and automation, you can create a user role specific to your needs. Most impressive though is their customer service. When you have so many software options to choose from, a company that can quickly resolve your issues, saves you time and money. **What do you dislike about Rent Manager?** In addition to our Residential portfolio, we have Commercial properties. While Rent Manager works exceptionally well with Residential, there's opportunity in their Commercial applications. **What problems is Rent Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** In an evolving market, Rent Manager allows us to create letters/documents scripted to our purposes. We craft reports specific to our properties needs but also for our ownership. I like being able to text and email directly from Rent Manager and have the notes instantly go to the history notes for reference with date and time stamp. **What do you dislike about Rent Manager?** The length of time going through the menu and waiting for customer support to get on the line, but lately, I've seen that length of time is improving. I get a better response time if I call early in the morning. I've disliked the severe lag in the RmUpload in the past and wish improvements could be made to get documents to load and be accessible more quickly as this delay is a big time waster, however, I've started to notice an improvement in this feature. **What problems is Rent Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to operate from one software to manage our properties. Tracking commercial insurance for owners and tenants in Rent Manager is non-existent unless you're willing to build out UDFs.
